Indeed, CS has become...average. No info, contradicting at times, there's no reliability.

I had one of those on Sunday. Think I put 1 for everything. The worst part of CS is that when eventually I got to speak to a manager they gave the most arrogant French guy I have ever met. Never listened kept interrupting
 
I was speaking to Francis this morning and he told me that my watch WILL dispatch this week.
So it looks promising

I'm living in hope that last Tuesday they preauthorised my card at 4.00pm today they might charge it

I have no problem with customer service. They promised me a watch between 24/04/15 to 8/05/15. So far they have not broken that promise.

Doesn't it bother you that the US get their watch prior than you do, even if they ordered AFTER you?

Doesn't it bother you that a company for whose products you pay a premium, is not capable of giving you an EXACT delivery date? Even Amazon has shortened their ETA to 1 week mostly. And that's for third parties!

Doesn't it bother you that some customers receive Apple emails saying absolutely nothing and you don't? That's inconsistency.

If the answer to any of the above is NO, I guess you can see yourself out.

The whole point of this thread is for people to vent. We're calculating up to the minute we've ordered. There are many reasons to be pissed, sometimes TOO many.
 
That is very bold statement but also promising. How long do Apple normally take to deliver from dispatch?

I was also speaking to CS agents last weekend and they also said they would definitely expect it dispatch this week, asking as its dispatched by Thursday I'm happy :)
 
Have they been getting deliveries of the more scarce models, i.e. SG Sport?

Yup a lot of movement yesterday for that other elusive model the SS with BSB

Several cargo planes arriving everyday carrying watches because as soon as they land the charges roll out
 
Just a quick note. I had to restore the Spreadsheet as someone had mucked up the usernames and times. It was listed as alphabetical usernames AND in time order which meant that the times didn't match the correct usernames. All restored now.

Please refrain from editing unless you know what you are doing :roll eyes:

When did you order? Mine was 12th as I mentioned roughly 6pm but don't even know if my credit card has been authorised?

Maybe I've had a different experience but i think the customer service is very good just not informed. When I have spoken to them they have always been polite and pleasant to deal with, the only issue I have is they haven't been given the information from the people at the top. No reflection on their customer service skills just poorly educated by the people that should be supporting them.

I think the screen protector on my iPhone is disintegrating where the keys are for my Apple ID password.

We've gotta keep strong and stop turning on one another ;)

Yep! Chargers seem to be shipping fairly fast now. I ordered a charger and its delivering tomorrow. Just need the watch now! :apple:
