Just had a weird call from Apple. Basically they were following up on the call I had with a manager earlier in the week to see if the issue had been resolved. I said it had not.
The problem was a friend of mine order the SG BsB at 08:13 and got his on Friday. I wanted to know why things were not going in order. I have no problem with dates as I accepted them.
All they would continue to say was that my watch would arrive in the 24/4-8/5 window. Got to the point where I said I do not understand the phone call because nothing has been resolved and you continue to repeat things I already know.
I also pointed out to them the window is now wrong it is delivered in the 29/4-8/5 window and if they can deliver it on the 24/5 to please get in their time machine and ****ing do it. It got that repetitive.
I hate these pointless phone calls that they show to their bosses that issues have been closed.

I'm down for the classic buckle which is wrong and will mess up your nice analysis spreadsheet
Are you using an autorefresh extension? I have one its saving my keyboard from the slightly more aggressive taps they are receiving each time?

It would be interesting to see (in about two months' time) Apple's CS satisfaction scores. I bet they won't be the standard high 90's they're used to.
And I guess the only way to show them this was a f.u.c.k-up is to basically keep on registering complaints, isn't it?

I have updated from what you have said but could you double check and update any details that are still incorrect.
Someone messed with the filters yesterday/this morning and its thrown a lot of info out. Still it does give us a little understanding of how many are shipping.
Would be interesting to see if those who complain get a few free iTunes downloads?
Then a does this resolve you complaint email, thus closing / removing the complaint
I just quickly updated the sizes to both 38 and the new shipping dates and EOD V2. All good now

Never happened to me and if it does, it will feel damn cheap on Apple to do so. I just want to hear "we're sorry, we f.u.c.k.e.d. it up" but I guess that's got the same chances of happening as me getting my watch today.

This is where i wish i worked somewhere that were a bit stricter on the internet i have no will power when it comes to a new gadget!

Just remember, until Apple fails to deliver in the delivery window, they have NOT ********* up the launch. They promised delivery in the next two weeks. Until the 8th they're still okay.

so after a massive wave of orders in the US last night, it now appears there is movement in Australia too... Heres hoping we see some movement today too!
