Order Thread for UK (BST)

It was my understanding that one was not allowed to order more than two watches on one single account. I heard about other people who had ordered three or more watches and they got ALL their orders cancelled.
Just now I was told that this was just during the preorder period, up until 24/4.

What is it? I have two active orders (ordered on the 10th), am I allowed to place an order for a third one and I will not risk all my orders to be cancelled?
 
Browsing through the US thread, seems like many users of the 42mm Modern and Leather loop bands are experiencing difficulties, their watch would be dispatched and on the way just for them to get a " has been requested to be sent back to sender by sender" messages from UPS.

Many are speculating a bad taptic feedback batch.

Hope this doesnt affect the UK stock too.

This is a common issue, i had 3 watches ordered and when talking to an apple representative he advised me to cancel 1 as when the "final authorisation" phase arrives all orders will be cancelled due to policy.

I would recommend you hold out, wait until at least they are preparing for dispatch before you place another order.

Exactly the same. Order time stamp identical too. Gutted that we saw nothing happen today. :(
 
I think its safe to say us 42mm SG in the 8:05 group wont be getting ours until late into next week due to the bank holiday, which is heartbreaking seing as other watches are being dispatched ordered as late as yesterday, i've always pre-ordered, but I dont think I will again. It wouldnt have killed Apple to email those with a SG 42mm order explaining the higher demand for the product and saying they are doing their best to get them out as soon as they can. Its very poorly managed in my opinion, not what you expect from one of the biggest companies in the world.

Delivery to Helensburgh (Scotland)

I was hoping today would see this batch.

Other hand thou, the Macbook got sent today with a delivery date of the 7th. It might be both come at once just like buses :-/
 
Not being from the UK, when is this bank holiday? According to Wikipedia, it's on Monday. Is that it? Business as usual on Tuesday?
 
yes the bank holiday is on monday. I have a strong feeling also that we should give up on 42mm SG BSB till Tuesday...

Yes its on Monday but I'm guessing Apple could still have flights coming in over the weekend and are very prob paying overtime in the warehouse to get as many order ready as possible ready for courier pick up on Tues.
 
Very happy to say that the driver managed to find office today and 38mm SG BSB arrived safe and sound.:)

It arrived about 6:20 in the end :) Had a quick chat with the driver, I take back my negative comments about UPS. He knew it was an Apple Watch because apparently they prep the drivers in advance about these big Apple releases. Poor guy looked knackered, but was still super friendly. He said that he was aiming to get another 25 deliveries done before the day ends.

What's the latest time they dispatch/hand over to the courier? Probably scanning them by the thousands right? Mine says preparing to despatch and I was charged earlier this evening.

EDIT: Scratch that, dispatched. Too impatient ha.

Mine was also from the barking depot. What did your delivery bloke look like. Maybe it was the same one. Mine seemed like a decent chap and also looked really tired!

My driver knew what it was too, had a little chat and he said they had a lot of deliveries to do. They must love it :/
