How long between preparing and dispatched?

I have that too - am assuming it's a default date from the original order estimated dates, and will change over the weekend.

That's a placeholder, it will update with the actual delivery date later.

The bulk orders come into the UK at East Midlands Airport and are held at Syncreons warehouse at Hinckley. They are then collected by UK Mail or UPS and distributed to local depots before making their way to the end user.

They are putting in the hours. My status changed to dispatched on Tuesday just after 10 pm. There's still time tonight 😀

But they come to the UK from China, then I don't really see an issue of having monday as a bank holiday in the UK. The orders should still be able to be handled over the weekend, to change status from Processing -> PFD -> Shipped.

There was a phone number posted a page or two back that you can try. Apparently in depends on the depot. You may be lucky

Most businesses close on bank holidays not just banks. Couriers typically deliver during normal business hours so won't be delivering on Monday.
