Ive been charged, and preparing for dispatch. 8:05:59 here, shame apple dont do saturday delivery, so I have to wait until tuesday, which I am away for meetings with work until thursday night !

Im wandering if when we find out who is delivering, if we call them and ask if collection may be an option tomorrow?!

Anybody know if this has been an option for others so far?

Yes I have; SG BSB. Placed it on the 11th, and still says June. I live in Sweden. Where are you located?

Sweden here too (Malmö). Mine is at the borderlinx Depot hopefully it'll ship today since the UK has a bank holiday on Monday, borderlinx will use DHL to ship.

In total i payed 40 gbp extra for the borderlinx fee and shipping for my 38mm almost 4.500 SEK in total.

SG 42mm and to the guy asking if we could call and ask for saturday delivery, that would be a good idea, but I dont think theyd give us the option.

My 42 space grey sport has finally moved to Preparing for Shipment , my estimate was 12th -26th may. How long does it take to ship, il most likely get it on Tuesday because of the bank holiday and all right?

There's nobody to call yet, as I don't know the courier chosen by apple. It's preparing to dispatch currently.

What if they don't move to dispatched today, will the couriers be happy storing many high value items for a few days?! Just a thought

Order both a white and a blue Sport 38mm yesterday, with an expected delivery of 18 - 22nd May and both moved to preparing for dispatch at some point today!

I'm guessing mid-next week delivery??

Just called UKMail to see if this was an option. They said it's down to the decision of the depot that the watch is in. They said they have an agreement with Apple that "one delivery must be attempted before collection from the depot becomes an option.

They then said to give them a call on 0345 155 4455 and ask them to check with the depot directly tomorrow morning to see if a collection is ok (It's down to the depot, basically!)

Bear in mind that depots shut at 12pm. My closest is Tewksbury, which is an hour's drive away... so I'd need to be up relatively early if they allow me to collect!

I imagine Apple will use the bank holiday to catch up on orders in preparation to move to the couriers, I imagine there will be a big flood through on Tuesday. I only say that because having worked for them previously that was always their action plan with orders.

I predict nothing else will happen until Tuesday now. They don't deliver over weekends and it's the bank holiday on Monday.
