Hmm. Tracking should look like this.

It is normally collected from Syncreon at Hinckley and is then then taken to Birmingham.

It's then transported to the local delivery depot overnight for delivery next day.

If it's not made its way to your local depot it could well be Wednesday for delivery. #

Looks like multiple entry points for the watches as my charger followed your thoughts but the watch, not so much. Although it's got itself closer to Hinkley than it was!

Strange that as UK Mails Birmingham base is Ryton as their Erdington site was CPO'd by HS2.

Maybe not, appears Ryton the place is not the same as Ryton in UKMAIL world which apparently is Ryton-on-Dunsmore....

My first Google of it brought up solely North East results... Digging deeper...

Essentially it's gone from Coventry to Birmingham in 3 days... I hope it managed that on its own without assistance as if not it's pretty pathetic!

Definitely no Syncreon involvement tho on the shipping info at least... Was definitely in my charger route.
 
Just one comment Harry. The analytics does not distinguish between SS or AS. Wouldn't this be better granularity given that these are separate SKUs?

I sent this spreadsheet to Tim Cook and got a call from the Executive Team today. I missed the call but he left a voicemail and then sent me an email with his details. We have arranged another call for tomorrow...didn't really talk about much other than they are doing it in the order they received. Will definitely be reporting back tomorrow after I have had the call :)

Walsh Western International which is referenced in your screenshot is Syncreon. Your shipping label should look like this:

Haha! I am going to see what the deal is with the orders and how fast they are going to be fulfilled. I won't be asking about any specific order (mine either). I just want to see how fast it's going to be...or in this case how slow! haha.

I didn't think the pink sport band had shipped yet. I was just looking at a way of buying the milanese loop quickly so took a look at CEX and noticed they have 2 pink sport bands in stocks of each size (38mm/42mm).

This is exactly what I want to talk to them about. Im going to suggest they update their customers on what is happening and why the long delays. I'll see what information I get and see if they can give us all an update on our orders.

I just want to know whether or not my order would be cancelled or fulfilled... I'm posting to a forwarded. First order on the 10th got cancelled within 4 days. These have been on for longer without any updates. Sucks to be waiting for nothing...
