Exactly, me too.

UPDATE ON CALL WITH EXECUTIVE SUPPORT

Ok so I just got off the phone with the executive support team - they had called me yesterday but I missed the call. They emailed me and we arranged a new call for today.

The orders are being strictly monitored. The system they have in place is certainly doing them in the order that it received them and this has checked. The variations seem to be just simply down to the models that have been ordered.

The spreadsheet has been a very informative tool for them and he assured me several times (I think it was 4 times) during the call that it has been viewed by the highest level at Apple. I am unsure if this means Tim Cook is monitoring it or not but they are certainly watching it!

The way things are going he said that he can't make guarantees but almost all orders will be at the earliest points of the delivery timeframes. So those on the 12th-26th May should expect it towards the START of that timeframe if not earlier!

He explained that this is new territory for Apple and they are working around the clock to get the orders fulfilled in the quickest turnaround possible. They are extremely aware that the delays impact their brand and that they want to fulfil all orders quickly as they know everyone is excited. He confirmed that they have viewed the 'How are you feeling' column on the spreadsheet and it's useful to see how people are feeling during the wait. He also said the information from other sources is also useful like twitter and Facebook.

After that call, I must say Apple are doing what they can. He was very professional and sounded sincere that they are working their asses off to get this all sorted for us. He couldn't give me an update on individual orders but the impression I got was that a lot will be fulfilled this week. The team at the highest level at Apple seem to be learning a lot from this and I do now strongly believe they are doing everything they can.

So whilst I am still super excited and incredibly impatient about getting my Apple Watch... I think I am now relieved that I know there is far more hope of getting my watch this week. Keep it up Apple...Let's hope those orders get sorted asap! haha

Hi Harry - great post. Thanks for the update ... It's great that your tracker is being used positively by Apple and also that the company acknowledge the issues that people are bringing up. Top job mate.

Yes thanks for your work Harry

Great news from Apple

Did you see my post on last page mate

Do you think the order numbers would work in relation to the style chosen?

Maybe that's why we have seen order numbers being different is because of the variant style chosen

Good job Harry. I think we just want a bit more clarification and information since we are all enthusiastic about the product. We all want some closure. I hope we all get our devices dispatched today especially everyone who ordered it in the first hour.

I don't find it amusing or justified that I ordered the device at 8:49 pre order day whilst others who ordered it a day later has the same delivery date. It doesn't add meaning to the dedication and that's the only reason most of us feel let down.

I'd be quite happy if everyone who ordered in the first 5 minutes got there watches, but it is a faraway dream

Hey Lee,

I think it's a little too late for this now. The purpose of the spreadsheet is to let us know how many orders and roughly when ours will ship. The ordering by confirmation time does help us know that. With 30+ already delivered its unlikely we will be able to gather any sort of pattern from the order numbers especially trying to get 250+ people to add theres.

Let's wait till 5pm today and see what happens. We know that orders are up to around the 8:07 mark now. We can see what number they get up to at the end of todays charges. If its only 8:10 then we know its going to be a long wait for most but if they do the first hours orders then we know they are all going to get delivered earlier than expected :):):)

Do people think the Americans are always slightly ahead of us?
Like will they get the link bracelet ship first then the next day we will get it?

I think that's how it worked for the other bands but can't remember

One strange thing tho is that the earliest link bracelet they have says May 13th whereas the UK ones say May 12th

UKMail site says my watch is out for delivery today yet is still estimating it will be delivered tomorrow. I have given them a phone and they are going to call back when they know whats happening, although I don't hold out much hope in getting said call.

The home stretch...

Sorry to move this away from those who are getting deliveries but has anyones order status changed today? I am 8:09am and not received anything yet... :(

Went to Dover Street Market this morning, ready to queue for a couple of hours. They open at 11am, and at 10:30am there was nobody there. I asked a woman on the staff and she told me appointments are "fully booked for the forseeable future" and that meant that they wouldn't be letting anybody from any queue in.

She was quite snotty, not surprising given it's in Mayfair, but I am still pretty disappointed I wasn't able to grab one.

I guess I'll just continue to wait for my SG BSB 42 to arrive sometime in 'June'.

I think that was a 38mm based on the other watch they ordered. The 38mm have been going WAY faster.

That could be a reason.. still i've seen too many watches order after me in exacty the same config and they have already been delivered..

But to be sure.. I appreciate all the effort from your side so far! the sheet is great!

Great job :) i'm part of the 12th-26th May delivery time, however i'm still stuck in "processing" :(

As above, it's probably the 38mm. I hate to admit it, but it does seem they ship out in order. Imagine this, apple put an order in to the factories for X amount of 38mm AWS BSB, Y amount of 42mm AWS BSB, etc etc. If after the 10th of april, apple would turn round to the factories and tell them, actually we messed up, we thought we wanted X, Y, ... amounts, but actually from preorders we need A, B, ... amounts, there would be delays in the manufacturing process as the factories would have to reinstruct workers what they have to do and how many watches of what type they have to do. At least that's what I assume.

And I assume that they made a large or if not the same amount of orders for 38mm as for 42mm watches, but in the UK the 42mm was more popular, hence why 38mm are getting dispached left and right.
