UPDATE FROM EXECUTIVE SUPPORT

Just got off the call with the Executive Support team after they had arranged to contact me again.

So no real solid information I'm afraid. I pushed on several fronts but naturally I wanted to respect what he was and wasn't allowed to say to me. The executive team (as in management) have been exposed to the spreadsheet and was one of the reasons why he was assigned to handle my case (I didn't have a case..I just thought they might want to see the spreadsheet).

I asked regarding UK/US shipments and he stated that each region will have slightly different schedules but this is down to the supply chain rather than prioritising US over the UK or anything like that. He reiterated several times that there is no preferential treatment though.

I asked about when the next UK shipments are and he said that he wouldn't be able to give that information. He said that all orders are trying to be fulfilled at the earliest point of the delivery timeframes (so 12th - 26th May they are aiming to get within a few days of the 12th rather than towards the end of that slot).

I said that the community is frustrated at the lack of contact and information from Apple. We have had no movement for a lot of orders and that's hard to swallow for something that was almost a month ago. He said that this will be passed on to the highest level for sure. I also said that even contacting those on pre-order day with a little notice that says something a little more personalised would be great.

He stated that the amount of orders was huge and that every second counted and increased the lead times (he wouldn't say by how much). I think that was obvious but the fact that he brought this point up does make me think that we ourselves have underestimated just how many watches have been ordered. There are 360 people on the spreadsheet... we don't know if that is 10% or 0.01% of orders really.

He said that he can't comment on other orders but that my order is still scheduled for May12th to May26th delivery and that Apple are trying their best to get it in the earliest point of that but at this moment that slot is still accurate. I guess this means no earlier orders.

He was very professional again and I thanked him for the time he took to call. It's a shame I couldn't get more information but I doubt they would give me much knowing that I am in contact with hundreds on macrumors.com... It would be like I am Apple PR haha.

TL;DR: Overall no new information, Apple's goal is to delivery at the earlier parts of the delivery slots. They do not prioritise US over UK but there will be differences in shipping times and charges. Highest level management will be informed that the community want updates on their orders to ease some of the pain.

.....in other news LETS HOPE FOR 4PM TODAY!!!!!!!!!

Thanks Harry

Thanks Harryt, you believe the no prioritise bs?
I think we have enough evidence here to know otherwise.
Go to the US thread, constant updates..go to the UK thread no updates..
Can't make it more clear then that.
But like I said earlier today. Today is the day that June really becomes June..
Again Harryt really appreciate the effort, but I am afraid they are just using you to keep us quiet, because look at it, what new information are they actually giving us besides saying they are doing their best?

Good work T.

I would be perfectly happy to receive mine on May 12th. I just wish i knew i would.

I fear the anger i will feel this time next week when there is still no news for me

I would like to know if every second counted how someone who ordered the exact same watch (42mm SS BCB) at 18.30 on 10th April has got there's and mine with a confirmation email (11.30am) is still in processing?

Looks like a queue is forming in front of Dover Street Market again. They are removing all the scalpers.

They were also asking everyone for photo ID in the queue. Could mean stock has arrived in the UK.

I am presuming no movement from anyone? Although frustrating I take comfort that it has gone quiet for hopefully a big bang approach instead of drip feeding the watches out.

Some orders will probably get a update tomorrow and the watch will arrive to Tuesday which is 12th May. For some of those who have 12th may window as the earliest date. Me whoever are stuck in 19th may window - but I hope my watch ships tomorrow as well. But that ain't likely.

If you're on about wademanuk, he ordered around 8.45, but received the confirmation email around 18.30. So it could be that they're taken in the order of the order time, and not the confirmation email time.

I'm waiting for the same watch, ordered about 25 mins later than you, so fingers crossed we'll see some movement today/tomorrow

Also do you mind adding yourself to the list? https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1cq...jYi1nB2Wo/viewform?usp=send_form#start=invite
