Order Thread for UK (BST)

Exactly the same for me as above! Package still in Tamworth, although Ive cancelled two meetings to wait in for it! Supposed to be delivered by end of today.

Hey jrobert, keep the faith! You were clearly one of the very first to order (along with Mrs jrobert), so clearly a die-hard Apple disciple. None of us knew that the different model availability would be so sporadic, nor would such an early order result in a delivery window beyond day 1.

I truly feel for you buddy, as it's been an emotional few weeks, and I keep checking in just find out if you and HarryT get the watches you so wish for!

You and HarryT have become an institution on this Thread, for which you should both be proud (as well as recognising your leadership responsibilities).

Keep the faith buddy, praise be to Francis!

I hope your time comes very soon! I know the frustration and disappointment runs deep, but let me assure you... You will love your Apple Watch (with the beautifully designed SS Link Bracelet) when it finally arrives!

Don't know about you lot but this is beginning to feel like dealing with a kickstarter company rather than the worlds largest technology corporation.

Has anybody emailed Jony Ive yet, told him what's going on here?

Jrobert and I are good. We will keep the faith and solidarity during these processing times #

Today we have no new shipments. However planes have landed so come Monday we should see a new batch! Let's all have a great weekend and a break from the forums. Keep our calm and carry on :)

We shall all be happy soon! We just need a tad more patience.

I think we should all get onto apple every day and ask why the hell do is get shipments everyday and we only get them once a week. I know they will get a few more than us but this just take the biscuit

Right, I have just got off the phone to apple and couldnt get nothing out of it... They called up UPS for me while i was waiting and they told me they dont know why but the package never left the original depot... UPS dont do deliveries for apple on weekend :rolleyes: is what I was told.

My delivery on apples system say i was due for delivery on 11th but my tracker said 8th on apple website.

So they can only do Moday... DAHMMIT UPS!!!!:mad:

well thats no good then is it, to be honest I'm not expecting to receive it tomorrow either, just spoke to apple and they said they have had no response from ups as of yet!! so frustrating!
 
So as we head towards 1 major batch of dispatches in 11 days (yes eleven!) it's great to know that Apple are getting watches out to people as fast as possible*










*As long as those people live in the USA
 
Well if Apple have been slow this week. Theres another bank holiday on 25th and of our orders arent here by then.. Were looking at June as stated for those that have June estimates like me!!!
 
got my watch today but straight back into the waiting game - this time a milanese loop (band only)

I have stopped caring about this watch and I am starting to see no point in it especially reading reviews online or speaking with friends who own the device. My friend who ordered a 42mm Blue Sports 2 weeks after me received his last week and he hasn't been praising it to me. He said that it hasn't added much substance to his day to day life as you would expect. He really praised the design, the navigation instructions on your wrist (my car has sat nav with traffic built in) and the ability to view the first few words of messages and emails. He spoke of the heart rate monitor being inaccurate and doesn't think the price behind the item compares to the actual value.

My delivery estimation went from 12/05 to June and now 27/05. I am considering cancelling it as I will be going on holiday for month in the U.S. on the 14th and returning late June.

You could always order one while in the USA. There's a strong chance you will receive it by day 3 of the holiday

Exactly the combination I'm going for, but I've ordered the Medium size. It looks great!!

Out of curiosity, what's your wrist circumference and when did you order the band?
 
Driving home from work I saw quite a few TNT and UPS vans and lorrys on the M20, hopefully they were all full of Apple watches for you all.

Wasn't sure about the LL 'til I saw your pics. Looks good with the sports SG. I'll stick with the BSB on my 42 AWS for a bit (if I ever get it!) but will def. give this a thought as a different look.
