Just been chatting to Apple regarding my order from the UK:

42mm Stainless Steel, Link Bracelet, ordered at 08:03, delivery estimated 12/05 - 26/05

Apple have said:

I can assure you that Apple is working to fulfil orders as quickly as possible, based on available supply and the order in which they were received, and also on the specific model ordered.

Customers ordering the configuration you've ordered in the country you live will not be shipped before you.

That is a great email saying absolutely nothing. They must have taken lessons from the election

Still, at least celebrities get (free I assume) custom watches before we do. I appreciate Apple showing us just how important we are to them

Oh please, celebs having them is just taken from the marketing budget.
Are you also annoyed that the people in the ads have apple watches too?

I think it's a case of "June" in the hope it's may. It's such an unknown with their production issues I guess

I know there was issues but surly at this point they know how many back orders they have and how many watches are coming off the line. If thats the case they would be able to give an approx date thats all rather than a generic June

Not asking to much realy. Still i will be happy when i finally recieve mine

3hrs and 47 mins !!!!!! Who's counting ??

does anybody know if people who ordered quite late are getting updated from June to a time window? i ordered the SG 42mm BSB on the 29th (late i know) but was just wondering will it change to a time window any time soon, the reason i ask is because i have spoken the 'most helpful' customer support and asked them this question and got, 'you will be told by email or any other notification method when the order is dispatched' and did not give me any information on whether that 'June' time frame will change to anything helpful. Thanks in advance

Yes, I ordered almost 2 weeks ago. Originally it was showing "June". After about a week, it changed to a window of 29/05/2015 - 12/06/2015.

I ordered the same watch on the 15th April and my order hasn't changed to a defined date yet....still June.... think the space grey watch being popular its unlikely to change anytime soon.

I ordered Space Black 38mm with a black band (sorry, still getting my head around the acronyms) early evening BST on the 28th and was sitting in a June delivery window for a week, but was shifted to 29/05/2015 - 12/06/2015 last Wednesday.

Yeah its the most wanted and by the looks of it the least made, i just don't know whether to risk it or not as i am going on holiday for 3 weeks the 5th July and i have processing 'June' at the moment, so it could be a risk if they sent it 30th or something stupid, but people have been getting them next day or so. wondering is it worth the risk, or should i just get a 38mm a watch size i don't really want but at least i've got one. i'm just hoping by June they will have stepped up their game and orders start getting sent out in very large batches

From what I understand most people have been getting their watch within the time frames listed...I'd say stick with it.... I tried on a 38mm watch and it wasn't right and I wasn't happy with it...it was too small for me. I have a 170mm wrist size. I ordered a 38mm on launch day and had to then change my order to 42mm which delayed my preorder considerably unfortunately. But it'll be worth the wait. Ive also ordered a blue leather loop which I think looks nice with the space grey.

thats what i am thinking, but with my holiday being a few days after my time frame of June, they could dispatch it June 30th and it could not arrive until i go away, is what im scared of. :(

Any news from Dover Street Market?

I went down on Saturday and got an appointment that day and the watch I wanted. the guy suggested they had quite a few watches. I wanted the 42 ss classic buckle which is what I got. I know they had Milanese loop and some sport watches. didn't ask about much else.

also they have gotten rid of the ability to pay in cash so no more people buying to just sell on really.

You'll get a dispatch date time frame update but probably won't be until we get into June...sadly the 42mm watches are not shipping as fast as the 38mm. There are quite a few who ordered before you that are still in processing hell and still have no date range... patience is the only way forward with this frustrating as it is

do you know how fast people are getting their watches after it is dispatched?

Thanks! Looking forward to your update.

They have appointments for tomorrow , booked up until 3pm.
42mm are in stock.
Strictly one watch per person period (not just per appointment). They now have a list of names they are checking against.
No refunds unless faulty.
Photo ID required at time of appointment booking and appointment itself.

Hi that's great, may I ask do you know if there are any 38mm or 42mm sport models?

My replacement watch comes in the next 2 weeks, it is a replacement, do you think it could come sooner?
