Order Thread for UK (BST)

I COULD NOT BE MORE ANNOYED!!!!

Nobody seems to have a clue what is going on at Apple/Syncreon/UPS/UK Mail...they have no idea where my watch is....they havent created a tracking code for me even though it dipstched on the 8th June (ordered 3rd May). They have promised me for the past 4 days it will come today....ive made about 10 phonecalls today and they have just finally told me it will eb delayed for a minimum of 24hrs but they have no idea where it is or why.....i am gutted. it is my birthday present. :(

Might not be the answer but try checking your Apple store account via apple.com rather than apple.com/uk. Historically the US site has been a tad more informative with order IDs and tracking numbers for Syncreon than the Uk site. No idea why.

Would have to agree - the lack of tracking for UK orders is ridiculously frustrating.
Ordered a 42 Sport in SG on 25th May with AppleCare+; apparently shipped on 10th June, and is due for delivery tomorrow. However - tracking simply lists the watch as "In transit to customer - shipment on schedule" with a Delivery number, but no tracking details.

It changed briefly this morning to something similar to "Preparing handover to final courier" but has since switched back to "In transit".

Have tried asking Apple, who don't seem to have any more information & checking on UPS & UKMail to see if the delivery details are recognised... nothing.

I'm optimistically hopeful that it might actually turn up tomorrow, but would much happier with something like normal UPS tracking showing exactly where the watch is :/

- phoned complaints at customer services. couldnt be more helpful and sympathetic tbh. they flagged it and looked into where it was. they said it is def in the UK and has just merged. but they not sure who with but pretty sure it is UPS. they said they will monitor it and management team will phone me rather than email me tomorrow. they pretty sure it will update over night and potentially be with me tomorrow. if this does not happen and they spot an anomaly they will order me a new one as a priority order?!

not sure if they were just giving me all the lines to keep me happy but if it doesnt come tomorrow i will be following up my complaint as i think this launch has been a total dog's dinner. very unlike apple. cockup from start to finish.

Might have to give that a go if there's no change overnight - used the online chat today. Although the rep was of course suitably polite, helpful & sympathetic they didn't have any other details than what are displayed online.

Seems strange they don't have a better ability to track these, or details of which courier they're using! From my last Macbook order a couple of months back I'm used to the idea of step by step tracking from factory to door!!

My Stainless Steel Watch arrived yesterday and I'm loving it so much already. It's so good being able to walk the dog and track my progress as well as my notifications without having to try and grab my phone from my pocket and being pulled over by my Border Collie! :p

On Saturday I cancelled my order for AW SS Milanese 42mm and placed new order for same watch but classic buckle. Went to PFD this afternoon. Originally delivery was 26/2 - 3/7

Am I the only one feeling a bit pissy that the people in the U.S. That have ordered 6th and 7th of June have already been dispatched or are at least PFS and I'm over here like hey, where's mine?? I ordered the 4th of June lol. Can't just be me :D

My daughter's watch (38mm sport, blue) has landed in Warsaw on it's way to the UK for delivery tomorrow. My wife's (38mm sport, pink) has just gone "Preparing for Dispatch". In the meantime, my 42mm SGS is still "Processing" (all 3 were ordered within 1/2 hour of each other), so I'll be stuck watching them enjoying their new watches for a week or more.

Jealous? You bet I am :)

I'm aware of how childish this sounds buttt....
ITS NOT FAIR!! Lol
Only because they have ordered the same watch as me, but at a later date and they're shipping from the same place so why prioritise the U.S. orders? Feeling more and more impatient by the situation

They aren't prioritising US orders. Apple watches have localised software (i think haha), meaning that apple can't just deliver these watches to where ever they want.

Don't forget wall plug adaptors. Each unit will be packed with the relevant specifics and the UK will have been allocated a much smaller percentage of the total production because we simply have a smaller population.

Oh I see. They never mentioned anything about that when I spoke to someone from Apple which you think they would as it would stop people feeling annoyed seeing us orders shipping days ahead

Spot on that totally slipped my mind.

We're probably getting ours from the dodgy company that had the faulty components  it makes much more sense now, of course the plugs and things will be different! Glad I signed up to this forum as I get more sense from you than the apple people! Thanks :)

Same here! Waiting since 10th and nothing, yesterday it said handover to final carrier but today it's gone back to shipment on schedule. Cs are useless and just spin me a line, a strap I ordered on Friday turned up today ffs grrrrrrr

Well apple don't expect you to know when people in the US have ordered and had their delivered do they? And weren't the US orders way behind the UK and Canada until recently? so they have been having the pain for a while its about time they had quicker deliveries haha

We also seem to be getting shortchanged in the UK around tracking. From what you guys have posted, elsewhere you're getting regular UPS style tracking showing all the stops your Watches have made en-route to you...

We however (especially if you've also ordered Applecare!) only seem to be getting one line status updates via apple.com... zero detail until the Watches are handed over to a carrier for delivery to your door :/

On the positive, tracking's currently claiming my SSG 42mm should arrive tomorrow - keeping everything crossed that reality matches up with the systems!

tracking just updated to this:

Status Delivery scheduled by final carrier, see estimated delivery date 16 Jun
Est. Delivery 18 June 2015
Carrier SYNCREON UK

However no trace on Syncreon website, syncreon should pass to UKMail with a proper tracking number. I really have no idea why this order will take over a week from dispatch, all because it shipped with AC+

When I ordered a Macbook Pro I could track it all the way from China with UPS. Shame no Apple watch for me tomorrow as I am working from home, Thursday I am in work, so wont get it until Friday now :(
