Had a try-on tonight - for a chubber like me the 42mm is the only choice, so have cancelled my 38mm white sport - and have ordered a white sport band and a brown leather loop, to go with the classic SS 42mm that I'll hopefully get this weekend.
Money taken from an MBNA card (SS) and Halifax debit (sport), but no change to status, btw.

Nothing guaranteed, but it is a good sign. Tracking references are going to be the key indicator here though.

I've been charged nothing. Not even the nominal £1 some of you are reporting.

I ordered a SG Sport and got a conformation email at 8.04. Contacted Apple support and they said that payment had not yet been taken but my watch is in the UK right now. When I asked if it'd be here by Friday the bloke didn't seem very optimistic. My order status is still saying 'preparing'.

It predicted todays charging notifications though. Also it's already clear that it always ships the week you're being charged. It has always been like that.
They did say we would start to get charged today and that happened. Let's hope they are right on this one.

It says on their Twitter page they're not affiliated with Apple in any way so allegedly they've been lucky with skimming news of other sites I guess.
I thought it said they worked for Apple, but weren't posting in an official capacity?
So did a lot of people on these forums though...... So that's not saying much...
People in the U.S. Already seeing their watches handed to carries for Friday delivery why aren't we seeing the same?

I ordered 42m sport space grey with black strap and a 42m silver sport with pink band, confirmation for both at 8.02am.
Online status still says 'processing'. My Tesco MasterCard has no new transactions on it.
Maybe something will happen tomorrow ?
