I'm a big fan of this theory - it actually does make sense and would explain why some people with early times haven't yet been charged, but later ones have for the same item. I can't see their order system being such a pigs breakfast that they're randomly missing some orders out.
Mate you are not the only one. NONE have been billed for this watch yet including me. I ordered two watches at 8:01... the wife's has been billed, but my 42mm SS with Black Sport Band has not. You, me and everyone else here will not get one this week. Just accept that
No movement on 38mm SS BSB either. Hoping to be charged today at 4pm ish. Americans were charged day after for this version around same time as day before, hence 4pm.
I did already say this, if you have been charged but still processing your watch is at Syncreon distribution. Going out to your local hubs via couriers later today/tomorrow and will update then

im in the same boat as you, same watch, 08.03.13 timestamp still processing not charge yet
I agree with the theory that there are likely plenty of ready to ship watches already in the UK, the Apple stores had them two weeks ago and I would assume their conveyor/production line would have continued from that point and been shipping inventory locally to ease impact on the shipping channel... Here's hoping anyway!

Apple does have a warehouse, where the watches are most likely sitting already. The Milanese watch was the big favourite, hence I firmly believe they have pre-packed the watches and have them ready to go.
A courier could deliver my watch to Glasgow within a few hours, my credit card has had a pre-charge of £1, so for Apple there is no need to charge my CC until its posted later today/tomorrow.

Same boat as you but SS leather buckle. Confirmed at 2 mins past 8. Charged but still processing. I think a load more will go to preparing for dispatch today.

My bet is that they started working through the charges yesterday, order by order; the banks shut at 5pm and stop accepting transactions then; and they'll pick up again today and keep working through.
I ordered at 8:02; haven't been charged (42/ss/milanese); and no change on the order status. I wouldn't be surprised if I saw movement today.
If not, I'll be disappointed but, you know, will just keep getting on with things until it arrives by 8th May, and that day will be even more fun. At least I've got Lightroom 6 to play with now while I wait (and 24,000 photos to recatalogue and face-detect).

I ordered a 42mm Stainless Steel Black Sports Band at 08:02 no movement yet, i've literally got no work done yesterday refreshing my iPhone battery died in a day (first time ever) from checking the barclaycard app.
I don't expect to see any movement today either; maybe tomorrow if we are going to get them delivered on Friday.
It may be they are sat in a logistics centre somewhere waiting to be scanned on Thursday PM / Friday AM for delivery?

My Lloyds debit card was charged yesterday - when you look at your statement on line, are you clicking on the link to see Pending Transactions? That is where my shows.
