I don't think the Pages, Numbers and Keynote updates today were for iOS 9 yet. All that is mentioned in the release notes for the updates are "stability improvements and bug fixes". No mention of iOS features.

Microsoft OneNote was just updated with iOS 9 support (Slide Over, Split View, Spotlight Search).

I expect the other MS Office apps to get updated soon, too.

Yep. All of them were just updated a little while ago with split view support. Good stuff...can't wait for more split view apps, especially Twitter.

Works on iPad fine but crashes on iPhone 6.

Uninstall redownloading and adding accounts again fixed.

It is released, and we've had several people reporting they're able to install it. However, as per most days like this it just takes time for the servers to propagate the changes. Above post has details on what's in it if you're curious. 🙂
