OS X Mavericks Released for All Mac Developers as Golden Master Seed

We need Aperture updating to keep it in sync with iPhoto!
Aperture and iPhoto have been able to share a common library for a while now, and although the release versions still do, the Mavericks-compatible iPhoto version changes the format of the iPhoto library meaning it can no longer be used by Aperture. I'm hoping Apple have an Aperture update in the wings ready for the Mavericks release.

OK, so I have been using DP8 on my late 2012 iMac with 1TB Fusion Drive.
I've created the bootable USB installer of GM.
Can I just boot from that, erase my HD and install? Will it update the recovery partition etc. Or, is there a way to totally wipe the HD, including recovery partition, and reinstall.
Don't know whether the Fusion Drive throws in a curveball to the whole process. I don't want any remnants of DP8 anywhere.

What's the difference between AppleSeed and the Mac Developers?
Appleseed is an invitation only beta program. It is plain old beta testing. I am lucky to be a member of Appleseed and downloaded the GM seed of Mavericks. Runs pretty smooth (for now).
Typically you only are eligible for a free upgrade after Apple have announced the exact release date.
If you want it now, buy a damn developer account. If you dont want to pay for a developer account, wait and pay for it like the rest of us instead of stealing it.

It's not released yet. Besides, why would there be? People knew it was coming and decided to buy a new computer anyway. I'm sure paying an extra ~$20 wont break the bank.

Does anyone know how long it was from GM release to public release last year for Mountain Lion? That might give us some clue as to when Mavericks will be publicly released and when the October event may take place.
The quickest way I do is as follows: After getting the redemption code, start to download the DP from the App Store. It starts to download the DP install file to the Applications folder.
Once the download completes you will be greeted with the install screen. DO NOT proceed! Because once you initiate the install, the file will be automatically deleted from the Application folder and for subsequent installs you will have to download it again.
Copy the "OS X 10.9 Developer Preview" file from the Applications folder to a different drive before initiating the install. It could be a second attached drive or a USB drive. It is 4.97Gb in size.
Now you have 3 choices:
1) Continue with the install by clicking continue. The install file will be deleted from the Applications folder, but you already saved a copy.
2) Make a bootable USB stick using the copied install file. The method is the same as any other previous issues of the OS X from Lion onward, involving the extraction on the InstallESD.dmg file from the package and copying to an external bootable drive. Apple hasn't changed the install file to my knowledge.
3) Use this copied install file to install 10.9 on any other machine in your control. As long as the install file resides in another drive from the one you are installing, it will not be deleted upon completion of the install.
I prefer method 3 as I have multiple machines to test using different configurations.
Seems like transferring from Time Machine Backup is not working? I successfully created a bootable OS X Mavericks GM USB drive, formatted my SSD and have successfully installed OS X Mavericks GM but upon configuration I can't seem to be able to transfer anything from my Apple AirPort Time Capsule 2TB (2013 aka 802.11ac) using wireless or cable by using the gigabit ethernet thunderbolt adapter.
It scans my network, the Time Capsule shows immediately, it prompts me for a username + password but then it's just standing there. Clicking the next arrow does nothing, it won't prompt me for any other username or password so it was clearly the correct one so I'm just stuck at this point without being able to actually transfer from my time machine backup.

Really. Its not as if copying a bunch of 1's and 0's costs one million dollars. Greedy bastards. Bill Gates didn't become the richest man of the world because of fair software pricing. Make the price of software flexible, lower it as more people are buying it, and we are fine. Especially with operation system software which tends to be a monopoly.
Does not work using the Migration Assistant after setting up OS X Mavericks GM either.. Will revert back to OS X Mountain Lion just to check if there might be something going on with my Time Capsule if not there is something really wonky about the Migration Assistant with this GM version.
Bugfixes
Once an OS goes gold it's pretty much done, feature wise. The exception being Snow Leopard which received the first iteration of the Mac App Store, although that was only done because they knew that they would make a lot more sales from those that stayed on Snow Leopard.Other than that I'm not sure if Apple have ever actually added any significant features to a 10.X.X update.
