So ridiculously slow. On a 50 Mb/s connection, it's taken me 2 hours or more and I'm not even to 2.5 GB yet. Ack. :(

I was kind of bummed Yahoo Messenger doesn't work on Yosemite, but no matter: I just loaded my Yahoo account into Messages and was all set. iMovie HD 6 won't work on it either. So I'll have to say goodbye to that and only use it on my PowerPC machines for now. But seriously, I rarely used it prior to this upgrade: I have mostly stuck with iMovie '11, Final Cut Pro X and Adobe Premiere Pro CC for all my moviemaking needs on my MacBook. Even iMovie 10 is pretty good once I've dug into its features more...

I will admit, it does look sleek and stylish, and I like that. And it also cleared up my hard drive a bit after the installation! :D
Having it run on my 2009 MacBook really helps show that Macs are built to last!

Anybody have any idea what the final build number is?

Upgraded my iMac from Mavericks to Yosemite. Ended up with:
System Version: OS X 10.10 (14A389)

My MBP was running Yosemite beta & had just a few updates (mostly iWorks). MBP build # is 14A388b.

Maybe the two lines will merge in the future?

If I am a beta user do I need to download again? I am not getting an update notice

I still see a lack of thoroughness in final design details.
certain adjustments under this lack of concern that has persisted since the departure of Steve appears.
I found about 20 design details that I have reported since beta 4.

Of course it doesn't, still has that familiar OS X look to it, with some changes.

Trolls are gonna troll.
If you don't think it does you must be running OSX Lion, because I'm on Yosemite and I can see 2 colored icons on the task bar,Windows.

Silly question, but every picture of safari in yosemite that i've seen doesn't show a favorites bar - is this still an available option in the new version?

Go to View > Show Favorites Bar. There is no way I could live without my favorites bar. :]

Oh no - U2 have returned in Yosemite!

That bloody U2 album has now returned to my iTunes library in Yosemite! And yes, I had got rid of it via the link that Apple finally provided.

The OS seems to be running well, otherwise.

You must be a Justin Bieber fan.

App store has shown and updated me to new iMovie, Pages, GarageBand, and iPhoto, but I'm still on public beta, no final Yosemite upgrade showing up at all..

probably because the tool simply removed the album from your library database, which iTunes 12 automatically restored for you. you really didn't want to delete the album, did you?

Creating a bootable USB Drive so I can do two more Macs this weekend. Seems more difficult that in the past.

All those that had the Betas....

Do you know if anyone was able to successfully enable USB Bluetooth LE adapters with Continuity?
