So ridiculously slow. On a 50 Mb/s connection, it's taken me 2 hours or more and I'm not even to 2.5 GB yet. Ack.
Anybody have any idea what the final build number is?
Upgraded my iMac from Mavericks to Yosemite. Ended up with:
System Version: OS X 10.10 (14A389)
My MBP was running Yosemite beta & had just a few updates (mostly iWorks). MBP build # is 14A388b.
Maybe the two lines will merge in the future?
If I am a beta user do I need to download again? I am not getting an update notice
If you don't think it does you must be running OSX Lion, because I'm on Yosemite and I can see 2 colored icons on the task bar,Windows.Of course it doesn't, still has that familiar OS X look to it, with some changes.
Trolls are gonna troll.
Silly question, but every picture of safari in yosemite that i've seen doesn't show a favorites bar - is this still an available option in the new version?
No such problem with me. Maybe you shall try clean install?
That bloody U2 album has now returned to my iTunes library in Yosemite! And yes, I had got rid of it via the link that Apple finally provided.

The OS seems to be running well, otherwise.
Took me less than 10 minutes, but don't worry, a student took around 11hrs.So ridiculously slow. On a 50 Mb/s connection, it's taken me 2 hours or more and I'm not even to 2.5 GB yet. Ack.![]()

probably because the tool simply removed the album from your library database, which iTunes 12 automatically restored for you. you really didn't want to delete the album, did you?
