whaaaaat did you just tell me NOT to forget while i am already installing it? :eek:oo... if it doesn't boot up now, is there a way to get it working?

Thanks!

This only applies after you install Yosemite and try to run TRIM enabler. Nothing will be harmed by installing Yosemite.

2013 MacBook Air bricked during installation (it's stuck halfway through the install) ... Ughhhhhh

What is my next step of anyone can help?

Learn your lesson for next time.. Why would you want half finished software.. Do you take a cake out of the oven early as well?..

Apple trying t make it easier, ended up quite the opposite..

Why did Apple go down the Redeem method ? If it's for security, you need to login anyway.

It would have been better just to do what they did with 10.9.4 beta..

download a small app, which then downloads OS from the app store.

...and I'm done! Yosemite is GORGEOUS! I LOVE the new black boot screen. First problem I'm noticing is an error every time I try to log in to the feedback assistant. Will try again later.

-sigh-

:( A moment of silence for all those still on Mavericks

Can't even download it, estimated time remaining is 1 day

Apples servers must be being hammered.

Can anyone help me with a small issue I am having? I partitioned about 65 GB of space on my rMBP to install Yosemite onto, and the install went smoothly and everything booted up fine.

The issue I am having is that when I start the rMBP up and hit the option key while booting it gives me an option to boot into either the Yosemite partition or the recovery partition, but no option to boot into my Mavericks partition, can anyone tell me why this is?
