There were tons and tons in the ATT store this morning. Obviously on otterbox web site you can apply a coupon, but if you want the case that bad. You can get it local.
 
got mine today.. just order the old iphone 4 case.. its the same thing

It is not the same, sure it fits but it covers an important sensor on the front that has slightly moved on the iphone 4s. Also the iphone 4 case affects the camera lighting slightly when used on an iphone 4s due to the cut out not being wide enough. My local sprint store had TONS of otterbox cases designed for the iphone 4s when I went there and got mines.

My email says they will begin filling orders on the 20th. I have my 4 case on my 4s and it covers the on/off switch partially for the ringer. Radioshack still had some new ones so I too may cancel my Otterbox order.

I don't understand why they are waiting until Friday to begin shipping but it is pretty disappointing to see even further delays.

I ordered on the 7th, the same day the 4S preorders went out so I am hoping to be on the first "truck" or whatever they are using as an excuse.

I got this email as well..ordered it as soon as they had them on their site..Im going to call and cancel mine and see if any local stores have them.
 
I called Otterbox this morning, and asked why my order that was placed on the 4th for a Commuter hasn't shipped yet. The lady said that my order was drafted yesterday, and may ship out today. She said they were doing expedited orders first (Overnight and 2 day shipping) So if anyone else ordered around October 4th also, it looks like ours should finally be shipping soon :rolleyes:
 
Spoke to a rep on the phone today regarding my 4s defender I ordered last week. He said they received over 25,000 orders so their processing got pushed back. He went on to note that the defenders would be shipped either today or monday and that they will be sent out before commuters, etc. I considered cancelling the order but I cant complain if I get it this week.

Here's an idea. Why don't they go by the order that they came in? Why would they prioritize one style over the others? That's pretty stupid. I was told yesterday that my commuter should ship out "this weekend". If it's not out by Monday, I'm going to be calling and raising hell.

What? I ordered black, the most basic color they offer and still haven't got a tracking number and I ordered on the 4th!
 
slider cases???

I heard about slider cases getting dirt and ruining the glass with the iphone4... I know it's the same phone design-wise, so I was wondering, who has had any problems with the slider cases... Would you recommend them??? Thanks!

I like my otterbox cases but i hate their customer service and inability to handle product launches thats why they ended up giving away hundreds of cases for free during the 4 launch.
 
I emailed them and the reply was that the 2 commuters I ordered on the 7th were in stock and they "guess" it will be shipping in the next few days:confused:
 
FYI, mine were marked as shipped today after logging into otterbox.com, but I guess they didn't give me a tracking # :mad: I also didn't get an email, so maybe I'll get that tomorrow with the tracking #.
 
I called Otterbox today and asked for my tracking # which they gave to me. Pretty bad that I had to call to ask for my tracking # that should've been in an email by now :rolleyes:
 
i hope they fixed the gap that it had on the upper left or right side where you snap the hard shell to the silicone. Pics please to those who got the new version.
 
Anyone else's FedEx smartpost tracking # still stuck on "Initiated"? I'm getting a little pissed at what's taking so long. :mad: It shipped on the 16th!
