Djeez that sucks ! I ordered mine (BTO 15inch I7 hires antiglare) via the Apple Store on the 14th April. And it arrived the 27th april, after being stuck for 5 days or so in Shanghai.
Ask for your money back and re-order from the Apple Store ? Or wait a few more days ? In any case I would complain seriously and ask for some intervention (a free sleeve, soft)...

I assume it's ship from china, where it says not ready and not ship from the merge in GB part for applecare and cheap printer?

My MBP went into "Prepared for Shipment" at like 2 AM here but then this morning it changed back to "Not yet shipped".
What gives?

I'm about to put my order in online tomorrow afternoon for a 15" 2.4 i5 HR matte, which online says 24 hr to ship, so how longs that likely to take? a few weeks??? :/ grr
Same happened to me. Probably not worth worrying about yet.
Edit: Just received the email confirming that the order has shipped. What we both saw may have been a bit of a glitch while tracking numbers were assigned.

Odd. It has changed back and forth 3 times now and I don't have any tracking number or anything. The status is back on "Not Yet Shipped".

Okay, it finally shipped.
I had one question. The email I received has my landline phone as the contact even though the shipping address I put in had my mobile (which I prefer as my landline doesn't work sometimes).
Does the shipping label on the box have a phone number at all? It might be important in my case as I live in Uni. Halls and obviously, the guy won't be able to find my room. Usually, the delivery guy calls me down and I sign the papers he has, but if Apple doesn't include a phone, then this may cause issues. Any advise?

My MacBook pro is now in Alaska when it is coming to the UK.
Apple's original delivery estimate and thatof UPS was that of Friday 11 March but now it seems that it won't arrive before Tuesday next week.
That is 9 days to reach the UK from China. And it's just a stock MBP.
Beyond silly. FedEx is on my eyes the only reliable courier out there.
