So it's probably flight 5X009 from Incheon (transit via Almaty, Warsaw, Cologne) departed 11:07.

Grrrr. Mine (custom i7, ordered the second day of release) was supposed to be here either friday or monday, then tuesday, but so far all I can see is that it is still sitting in Shangai.

This is getting to be a mighty long wait... my creditcard bill is likely to arrive before the laptop...

I've actually started just checking your package status every time I sign in now - despite mine still not having shipped yet. I'm actually excited yours is moving now!
 
Tex-Twil, yours and mine are on the same flight knocking back a few drinks enjoying the view now that the cloud of ash has gone mine is finally moving. I am so excited it's like christmas all over again.

I remember with the old power books apples I used to order. The tracking system was much better then I could track the parcel on it's journey from china across europe and then I was even allowed to go to the depot at 3 or 4 in the morning and go pick up my shiny apple product.

still stuck in shanghai

Hey guys,

So finally there´s some movement for some of you, that´s great!

My one´s still trapped in some flight hanga in Pu Dong..... :(

Maybe tomorrow.......

Finally my standard 13" ordered on the 16th changed status to "prepared for shipment".
Really would like to see it arriving next week. There's still some hope. :D
 
Looks like those 15 inch laptops are finally being shipped. No word on the 13" yet... No updates, nothing at all. And so I will be yet another weekend without my computer...

True. I didn't even had that customs stuff yet.

Yesterday someone in a german forum told me that the 2 german Apple stores got new 13" stock with the first ups plane from Shanghai. So since Apple already has our money we are not really important anymore. This bugs me a bit to be honest.

Would be nice to have at least some kind of change at my ups page. Last thing is still an origin scan from the 19th.

Let the good times roll I bet they are having a blast after being stuck by an airfield. I have sat at an airfield many a time around the world and it is boring.
 
The last update for my standard config 13" was 2 days ago, the usual:

KOELN (COLOGNE), DE 20/04/2010 9:20 PACKAGE DATA PROCESSED BY BROKERAGE. WAITING FOR CLEARANCE / RELEASED BY CLEARING AGENCY. NOW IN-TRANSIT FOR DELIVERY

I can't get angry at a volcano, I don't mind the wait but it sucks UPS give us so little information to go on.
