NO !!!! I lucked out and grabbed a 6+ for personal use yesterday afternoon. Just need to find a way to get rid of the line now, unless I can convert it to a dumb phone and just give it to my dad. Hopefully that drops the data.

I am having trouble following the sub-thread that caused your UDP's activation to fail. Do you have a moment to clarify?

Figuring the window was about to close, I ordered an iPhone on a UDP plan for myself 11/11/2014 (no intention to sell the phone or AOL the line). At the time, there was no stock at any stores in the Chicago area, nor in stores within a day's driving distance (Milwaukee, Madison, Lansing, Ann Arbor, etc), so I reluctantly took the ship to home option, with an expected delivery the first week of December. When I check my order status on apple.com, it shows my pending order and confirms my 450/1000/UDP. There is even a phone number assigned, however this number does not yet show up on My Verizon. Is the nature of what you experienced with your failed activation? Am I "in" or should I expect being pushed to a TDP upon activation?

can't be done otherwise the businesses that were taking all of these lines would have just created their own.

tried many times but Apple (or Verizon) did not allow add a line for business accounts via Apple.com

Verizon does not allow business accounts to add lines anywhere but through them.

There is Business option on Apple Easy Pay but not sure available for add a line. One girl behind me said she can only upgrade her business phone in store only.

Mine failed because Verizon fraud flagged the 5s I was using to activate lines. The device I used caused the new UDP line to suspend. I got it cleared up this morning by having a rep put a PDI on that line, and activated the iPhone 6 that came with it.

Interesting, I wonder if that is how I got flagged - by having the same iP5s on multiple lines at once albeit suspended lines. I too was using the same iP5s to activate the lines but unlike you, I was using new SIM cards and have to pay the activation fees

The device I used caused the new UDP line to suspend. I got it cleared up this morning by having a rep put a PDI on that line, and activated the iPhone 6 that came with it.

That means he has lots of udp lines. Each number on account shows as phone number.

you probably still can get aol through, just no more lines… it'll be dipping in your personal stock. i have a few, unless the price is absolutely incredible, i'll keep mine. Thank you very much.

It wasn't on another line last night when i tried to activate. I think fraud saw this phone activated on a ton of lines within the last 2 months and flagged it. The MEID is white listed, but Verizon won't activate it. I'm going to wait before I look into it further.

I am going to check tonight if I can stay awake that long but I am still under fraud review like totten so I am not going to risk actually picking up a phone until I deal with that but I will try to add a line if the option ever shows up again.

My head is telling me ain't gonna happen, but my heart keeps hoping for a glitch to happen while they try to close the glitch.

I only did two and I am keeping both of them. So hard for me to order online and pick up instore. The Apple Store in ca is crazy there was always a line doesn't matter what day. So many Asian people buying in bulk.

But if you had an online order, you didn't have to wait in line. You just go into the store and tell them you are there for personal p/u of an online order and then you are only behind the others doing personal p/u.

no, just busy and I also originally couldn't add more than 2 lines to my account and for the last week could only add 1 line. I think I might have also tripped some kind of CORe flag or something

I noticed something odd with the UDP I set up last week (and kept for myself). I made a call earlier this week just fine, but today, I can't call out, and if I attempt to call the number, it says I've reached a non-working number. Text and data work just fine, but voice seems to be disabled. I only created 2 lines after AOLing one in (and AOLing 2 out), and never got any account notices.

I'm on the chat with VZW now. Hopefully they can resolve it without messing up my UDP.

The hardest part was to have one available for pick up. I had to stay up late to to find one available. If I didn't act quick it would have been gone too. Anyway I am happy with two. You guys are the masters. Hope this thread will live

technically you can still release the line, right? so if he find a buyer that is persistent, and fight enough, it will still get transferred…..
just how much the buyer want it.
