Not when you're in the backseat of a car which has 15 speakers in the trunk and the volume is all the way up. (I don't know exactly what this setup is called, I know nothing about cars.) I'd like to have the ability to hear when I'm 40, thank you.

Why would you put speakers in the trunk? Your supposed to be able to hear them not hide them where your only non inside storage is supposed to be

the reason why people have them in the back is because people like to cruise and hang out with fellow modders

belive it or not, these setups are more for show while parked with trucks open and hanging out than they are for driving around

Old people eating. Oh god it's horrible. They chew at 500 MPH, constantly gasping and breathing heavily through their nose the whole time as if they're being strangled. I can't eat if there's an old person eating in the same room. SLOW DOWN, TAKE A BREATH, AND ENJOY YOUR FOOD. AND DRIVE FASTER.

Ewwww! That's making me sick just thinking about it. I hate it when my friends (who are young and have self control) chew with their mouths open for the world to see their mangled food.

What annoys you?

Im not wanting stuff like, terrorism and racism.... take them as read

Just stuff that really winds you up.

For me, its people who eat loudly.... I cant stand it.

Theres a man who sits across from me at work, and he eats so ****ing loudly, I swear I could hit him some days.

He'll eat a mars bar... and then sit there for an hour afterwards smacking his lips and picking his teeth..... and just when you relac and think he's stopped.... SMACK... slurping..... it makes me so angry....

It doesnt seem to bother anyone else, so i guess im alone.... but it makes my effing blood boil.

Im getting annoyed just thinking about it.

Oh yeah, that and people who walk slowly down the street....

Right thats off my chest....

Along the lines of the loud eating thing I guess, I hate loud breathing noises, absolutely cannot stand it.

EDIT: Also, people who type like "hi durrrrrrrr xD" or "hiiiii....x". Well I don't mind the "hai" stuff much if it's just sometimes as a joke, but doing it all the time is just utterly stupid and annoying.

I hate loud eaters too. I also hate untidy people. I usually end up having to clean up for them, which I find degrading and makes me despise the other person even more. I hate shopping (thank God for the Internet) and I hate people who stand between the shelves blocking access until you shove them gently with your trolley or sigh loudly enough so that they get the hint. I also hate checkout assistants who seem to know everyone in the local vicinity and wants to chat to them all; the queue builds up. I hate my local vet because he's a pedantic ******. I hate this guy in the street who keeps saying hello to me even though I don't know him, at all.

I hate summer, seriously, it's horrible. I much prefer cooler weather. Britain fails at weather; we have no air conditioning in our homes for when it's hot, and when it's cold and snows our roads grind to a halt because our local councils keep forgetting what snow is and how to deal with it. I hate e-mail spam and those pornbots on Twitter. Most of all though I hate Windows, for all the long years I spent struggling with registry errors, random crashes and other computer issues, not to mention the expense of keeping the damn OS safe from angry teenagers and Nigerian scammers with nothing better to do than make viruses. My MacBook makes me happy because I honestly don't have to worry about that anymore.

Thats the spirit!!:D

Im completely with you with pretty much all of them...

Another one, large groups of kids having a birthday party in a nice restaraunt.
They'd be just as happy at macdonalds.... why are you ruining it for everyone else trying to eat some nice food.

I booked a table last week, and when we arrived there was a massive table of 8 year olds have a birthday party... they're parents were sat in the corner smiling at them, thinking it was brilliant....

The waiter sat me and my girlfriend next to the table of kids.... I asked to be moved to the other end of the room, away from them.... but they didnt have any tables.... so I just left.

I know they're kids and they cant help it... my anger goes towards the parents who think its alright to do that....

Recently it's been n00bs posting dozens of "what's a safe temp for my MBP???" the three question marks also bugs me.

I'm totally on with loud eaters, especially when you can hear someone swallow from across the room. I hate it when people search for words especially when I already know what they're trying to say but I can't interrupt because that's rude. Just the other day I spilled just enough gin and tonic on my MBP that the "?" sticks and that's bugging me. Lots of things really, I'm like that guy everyone knows that finds something irreconcilable in someone else and then can't stand to see them, except I find it in everyone, mannerisms, habits, etc...

Mine are mainly to do with language... I know it shouldn't annoy me but the bastardisation of the English language can get on my nerves.

I hate it when people use adjectives where it should be an adverb. For example 'He did it perfect' when it should be 'perfectly'. I see it ALOT on this forum and it makes me cry a little inside every time...

Also when people write 'should of' or 'could of' instead of 'should have' or 'could have'. How uneducated can you be?!

But yes... loud eaters are very annoying.

I, too, am a grammar Nazi. I hate text speech and bad spelling. Everyone makes the odd typo, including myself, but it's easily noticeable when someone has no grasp of the English language at all. When I see something so badly written I find I have to go away and calm down. However, when I see an example of bad grammar on forums I usually give my conscience a kick in the groin and rip into the poor person. I always feel guilty about it afterwards.

I also hate moths. I sometimes get moths in my house and it angers me greatly as I have to hunt them down because watching them flap around a lampshade for hours on end is distracting. All that daylight during the day and yet these morons come out at night to look for light. Either God has a sense of humour or Evolution has a sense of irony.

Im not wanting stuff like, terrorism and racism.... take them as read

Not terrorists, they're incompetent idiots, governments annoy me far more and have historically done far far greater damage.

Fear-mongering annoys me.

What gets my goat varies from day to day.

Some days its slow drivers, speed limit on a given road is 30mph, they drive 20mph.

Another day is waiting in line to purchase stuff and the customer is chatting with the cashier, or fumbling for change.

I suppose, I value my time, and when people waste it, that starts to get my blood boiling.

Here is what annoys me and there is allot of things that do and it doesn’t take too long until i am getting agro. Here are a few.

1. People who like to drink coffee and lean over you and all you can smell is there discusting breath

2. Using Vista - The fact that everything takes long and trying to access a user acount it wants to sit there and work out if your allowed to access it or when copying files it tries to calculate the size and time remain etc. I mean seriously who gives a F how big is just friggen copy it

3. People who can't clean up after themselves and help others to clean up. I currently own a house and my brother is also living here. I seem to be the only one to be sweeping the floor, doing dishes cooking the food cleaning the toilet etc. Seriously if there are dishes in the sink or the bin needs to be empty use your ****en initiative and empty it and not wait for someone to do it when it over flows or you run out of dishes. I ask it doesn't happen only turning the internet off seems to be him motivated!

4. People who do not look after their pets - my next door neighbor has a 2 year old dog that spends its days howling and banging at the gate to get out. She doesn’t give to ***** about it.

5. Customers who thing they know more than you - Yes i know the customer is always right but i beg to differ and have proven several customers wrong in the past and intend to keep doing it. I can't stand winging customers who have to bitch about everything, but that life i guess. I am itching for the day when I can tell them if they don’t like it tell their story walking.

Edit

6. When people make fun of anyone with a mental or physical disability

I took Sociology back then and people would asked me like What is Sociology is all about?

My classmates tend to blatantly shout the answer out for me before I can say anything and their answer was "It's about socializing."

Dumbass.

And.. It annoys me when online retailers do not accept paypal.

OHH and an uneducated adult rambling about world issues.

I guess that's about it that i can think of at the moment :p

What annoys me:
Loud eaters
Noises when im trying to sleep (Even a clock is irritating)
Lights on when not needed (I often come out of my room in the mornings, well after sunrise, to find almost every light in the house on)
People who worship certain companies
People who wear flat peaked/brimmed hats
People who decide to stay to year 12 when they clearly are going to go no where in life and should just drop out and start the manual labour now. This also drags other peoples marks down.

EDIT: Speeches, busy supermarkets, Apple store employees (Been to one, it was enough, they jump on you like vultures!), food (When it has left ones hand in a motion towards your head) and to many more to mention.

EDIT 2: When people believe Nazi's are behind modern terrorism

EDIT 3: When people walk in a narrow walkway 2 wide completely blocking the walkway and walk extremely slowly. And then get annoyed when I push past and think I want to fight, same goes for stopping in doorways, these two make me want to hurt people!

Some days its slow drivers, speed limit on a given road is 30mph, they drive 20mph.

My big one is similar ...

Here we have a road that changes speed, for a while it is 30mph, but changes to 40mph at a traffic light.

People will drive 40-45mph in the 30mph zone, then slow down to 25-30mph in the 40mph. Annoys the piss out of me.

And the people that go really slowly, then speed up when they hit an overtaking lane, then slow down again when it finishes!

Not that I care, I'm only on my L's and I'm stuck at 80 anyway, so I'm always being overtaken.

  • Women's voices when they get angry. It pisses me off that they get faster and higher pitched with each sentence. Just speak in your normal tone, like a normal person.
  • Disorders. This is a marvel of modernity. Making up some condition for everything. "I have an eating disorder." "No, you're a fat ****." "I have a learning disorder." "Nope, you're just slow."
  • Equal opportunities. I'm not going to hire you simply because you're from an ethnic minority. I'm going to hire you if you're right for the job. Oh, you're pregnant. Why the hell would I want to hire you? Oh ****, you've just taken me to court.
  • Drivers that hog the fast/overtaking lane. Why can't we all just have lane discipline? If you're driving at the speed limit, or under it, you should be in the slow lane.
  • Drivers that use their front fog lights when it's not foggy. Yeah, it might look cool to all your boy racer friends, but the lights are nearly as bright as full beams. Turn them off. (Surprisingly this only recently became illegal here in the UK.)
  • People who claim benefits from the government. I'm not going to elaborate on this one because it could become offensive, but I detest socialism in any form. It's not realistic.
Hope this is good for you OP.

By the way, I'm quite a pleasant person really, but this thread gave me reason to vent! :p

I used to be like this, but I just gave up. I don't know what the cause is, but things like grammar and proper spelling are dying. I think the final blow for me was when I noticed that the apostrophe had taken over the plural forms of almost EVERY FREAKING WORD. Sometimes it seems I'm the only one who cares about that. Well, me and Bob the Angry Flower.

Customers who thing they know more than you - Yes i know the customer is always right but i beg to differ and have proven several customers wrong in the past and intend to keep doing it. I think that attitude is killing business. The customer is NOT always right. Many times, the customer is a blithering idiot. Because of this policy, many people do stupid stuff, and have a sense of entitlement. It sucks if you work in customer service.

Wal-Mart. Every thing about the place pisses me off. Maybe your Wal-Marts are different, but the ones near me are just awful. There are 40 checkout lanes, but only 4 of them are actually open. The people there are obnoxious and let their kids do whatever they want.
That, and I guess chewing loud annoys me.
