Pet Peeves

1. Women obsessed with their looks to the point of painting themselves orange oompa loompa style. Wearing next to nothing in terms of clothing then moaning when they receive a wolf whistle or called a wh**e

2. Shallow users who want everyone to know that they are the satellite and everyone else are the planets that orbit them.

3. People obsessed with fashion, their looks and celebrities. People who believe money and position are the most important things in the world.

4. Narcissitic personalities. Rude arrogant people on forums who need to flame others to feel superior.

5. Attention seekers

6. Women who moan about men leaving the toilet seat up or complaining about men in generally minor petty things (I am a woman)

7. People who spit on the floor in public

8. Suck ups/butt kissers

9. Americanswho think the British have bad teeth (we don't all have yellow teeth I look after mine and they are White)

10. Don't expect me to answer if you "tlk in txt msg"

11. People who whine about noisy kids, children are not perfect and need direction and discipline in order to behave appropriatly in society. It's always a work In progress

12. People who cuss excessively

13. Promiscuity

So many more, but working on myself in order to tolerate the above without being judgemental and a hypocrite

Im a little confused about this. Ladies like the seats down, while men, get about with the seats up?

When I'm visiting or I have female visitors, I make it a habit to leave the seats up, or I've been doing the wrong thaaaang all these while and people secretly want to punch me.

Sorry, I meant "seat up" it annoys me when women complain about this as it only takes less than a second for them to shove the seat back down
 
When the specialists or employees at an Apple retail store talk to me like i dont know what im talking about... or like i have never seen or used an apple product.



when you see 2 miles in advanced the 'left lane closed' sign and there are the 3 a******s that ride allllll the way up to the front and slow the whole line down getting over. ( most of the time i sit in the left hand and wont let them get by!) :mad: I mean do you think you are special or something? Why should we have to wait 100 cars back while you fly by. get over like the rest of us!

Imagine being the spouse in the passenger's seat biting your tongue... :mad:
 
1) hate it when kids don't discipline their annoying kids properly.
2) when my parents invite families for get-togethers at my house and their kids wreck my room that i spent cleaning all after noon cuz my mom keeps on nagging me about it.
3)when my parents over -react to something minor like an A- changing to a B+, it makes me wonder, is that all they give a crap about? and what if i actually fail a class?
4)when ppl don't shut up when i get my occasional migraine.
5) When kids in class don't shut up when the teachers talking because apparently since they don't care about their grades, i shouldn't either.
and there are millions more.
 
1. People that complain about how much their life sucks, and in all reality, its them that makes their own lives suck. Their stupid decisions get them into trouble and I have to hear about it when all hell breaks loose.
2. Noisy people
3. Noisy machines, like coffee grinders, can openers, noisy dishwashers, etc
4. Working on something, or looking at a webpage that never works (which is why I am canceling my MySpace account)
5. Overly sexual people, who have to talk about how many times they did it in the past week...I DON'T CARE!
6. People who think I am a "fangirl" because I own a Macbook...grrr
7. Typos, I swear my fingers have turrets...
8. Flies
9. People who make living unbearable...they shouldn't exist..like thieves, and stupid people like that.
10. Cats...Sometimes I wish I never owned one.
 
The only one that comes to my mind at the moment is when people call the iPod touch an iTouch. It may not be particularly creative, but my girlfriend pointed out to me just how much it bothers me. I didn't realize how much it bothered me until she pointed out that I practically grit my teeth when someone says it.
 
My huge pet peeve is...GRADE GRUBBERS.

Now honestly, I have nothing against people pursuing a grade thats a letter grade different...but even when you are wrong, you try to prove the teacher wrong.

Its been a race this senior year between some kids to get the Valedictorian spot (I was one of them, but gave up due to the stress between work and extra college classes). Thank goodness I did, a lot of the people used to be cool until this infatuation for getting the best of the best.

'This one girl is the biggest of all time, she wanted her 98 bumped up to a 99 because she was thinking something when she wrote the essay, but didn't write it down.'

But yeah, I have nothing against small grubbing (since I usually go for small bumps), but when I am wrong I don't whine about it like these other kids do.

15. People who lack empathy and compassion

16. People who complain about something trivial in their lives without realizing that there are others out there in the world who really suffer. Some just have no idea what suffering really means.

17. People who tap my screen or touch my iPhone or mac without asking

18. People who buy macs as just an accessory, or because it's considered "cool" to have one. Mac fangirls and fanboys grrrr

19. Drama queens

20. Drivers who see I am struggling to cross the road in the pouring rain with my two children and heavy shopping bags and are too inconsiderate to stop for 2 seconds and allow me to pass

People who cant just leave a couple minutes earlier so they dont have to drive like d-bags.
 
My number one pet peeve:

Pickup truck drivers.

Okay, now not all pickup truck drivers are like this, so if you drive a pickup this might not be directed towards you. But where I'm from (the middle of nowhere), I can't stand them. Why? Here's why:

I drive my nice little four-door Saturn drive down my two-lane country road, which has a speed limit of 55 mph. Well then, for whatever reason, there's a pickup truck driver coming up behind me, who insists on riding my tail. It's as though, even if I drive 55-60 mph on that twisting, deer-filled highway, it's not fast enough for that truck driver. I have to speed to keep him at a reasonable distance because his brights are on at night, which he refuses to turn off, glaring into my eyes. But now let's flip things around here: whenever I'm driving in a hurry, I usually get stuck behind a pickup truck driver, who for some reason, wants to go 35-40 mph on a road that has a speed limit of 55 mph! What's wrong with these people?! Do they think they just rule the road because, "I'm in my here pickup truck wich is king o' the road, and yeehaw I hate 'dem folks who are in a hurry, so I'll jus' drive nice and slow. But if 'dey try an' pass me because I'm drivin' slow, I'll just merge over the center line so they can't gettun around me! Dattl' teach 'em!"

I hate pickup truck drivers.
 
Mostly driving stuff:

Turning without signaling
When passenger has feet on dash
Driving slow in the fast lane...

I also hate when people say, don't get married or have kids! And they are married with kids :confused:
 
Not in order
  1. People touching screens.
  2. People asking if that's an iPhone or an "iTouch"
  3. People who, while being explained how to do something, don't pay attention, and when they try to do whatever was explained to them, do something wrong, and then when you explain it to them again they say "But that's what I did!".
  4. Drivers
    • Going 35 mph no matter what the limit is.
    • Drive with one wheel in each lane.
    • Drive in the shoulder.
    • Swerve all over the road.
    • Don't go right on red (in CT).
    • Old people who drive 8 mph with their mouths open in huge cars swerving all over the road.
    • Left turn from right lane, right turn from left lane, etc.
    • Always in left lane...
    • Lots more.
  5. Smelly people
  6. People on their cell phone in public.
  7. People who pretend they know what they're talking about, when they really have no idea (see #3.)
  8. People who put other people in the middle of their problems (especially at my school)
  9. I work in a library... people who put returns in the book drop instead of walking an extra 20 feet to bring it inside!!
