Mine never had any to start with as I started fresh.

Same problem on my Verizon 5. Also just started with Beta 3 here as well.
Will a beta 3 backup work with beta 2?
Any idea as to what role that might play in relation to this? Just curious. For the folks having the problem, try removing everyone from your favorites (so your favorites list is blank).
I'm wondering this also.
It could be something like 3 weeks (if not more) until the next beta as well. Hard to really know for sure.I would go down to Beta 2 until Beta 4 comes out in 2 weeks. This was the way I fixed the problem of not getting some calls. Unless someone figures out a fix I will stick with my solution for now.

Perhaps CDMA carriers in general then?It isn't only Verizon. Sprint iPhone 4S here, running beta 3, and a lot of my calls (at least half) are not coming through.

That's definitely understandable. It's been a bit better on my end in the last day or so, although I still had a couple of undelivered calls yesterday. None of the things I've tried really seemed to have any effect so far--just going to keep an eye on it some more, and probably end up going back to iOS 7 beta 2 if it becomes bad enough.Ok but I cant live with not being able to receive phone calls on a consistant basis I will have to live with beta 2 for now unless someone figures out a fix.

Most things are definitely worth a try when it comes to an issue of this type. Too bad it doesn't quite seem like anything (so far) is resolving it for sure.Unfortunately, no. I'm seeing in another forum that resolves it and hadn't seen it mentioned here. Strange.
Out of curiosity, where else have you seen a discussion about this--I've tried doing a quick search yesterday (to see if there might be any other possible fixes) but can't say I found much about it anywhere except mostly in these forums and this thread in particular.
No problem. Thanks.I don't mean to be secretive. The dev forum. People get freaky so I didn't volunteer it.I didn't include two threads where no solution was acknowledged. There may be more but it's lunch time!

I'm actually using Google Voice for my voicemail, which has missed call notifications as well--meaning if they get to voicemail but decide not to leave one there's still a notification that gets sent for a missed call (without a voicemail). That at least mostly helps with an issue of this type.Went back to beta 2 and restored my beta 3 backup. Missed call issue went away. I could have probably dealt with the issue, but the lingering thought of "What if they don't leave a voicemail?" was starting to get to me.![]()

You basically can use a Google Voice number just for voicemail (missed call) purposes--people call your regular mobile number and when they would normally go to voicemail it would go to the voicemail provided by Google Voice instead of your provider or another service. http://support.google.com/voice/answer/164648Hmm, and I can still use my mobile number for Google Voice correct? I just need the missed call notification, and if that fulfills it, I don't mind using that as a workaround for the time being.

Similar thing can be done with a service like YouMail as well (http://www.youmail.com/). These services can basically be used as alternate voicemail providers (and also can provide missed call notifications, among other things).

Also, I have no one in my favorites, so that workaround doesn't really apply to me :/
Good to hear; I'm going back to B2.
Edit:
Stupid question, did you do a restore to Beta 2 to do an 'update' to Beta 2?
I restored to beta 2.
