Resetting network settings (Verizon 4S) and changing DND to everyone did not resolve this issue for me. Although beta 2 isn't as snappy and the camera crashes more often it seems to be working just fine. I can live with these minor nuisances compared to missing important phone calls. Im just hoping enough light is shed so that it can be fixed for beta 4
Yeah resetting settings or something else or tweaking DND settings doesn't really solve the issue. Calls do come trough fine for the most part and sometimes it might seem like some change you made fixed it, until sooner or later a call won't come through once again.

I ended up coming back to beta 3, the bugs were driving me insane on beta 2. I tried the reset network settings, and did a few test calls, and a few people called me and it came through. So we'll see how tomorrow goes I guess.

I checked it out and someone is suggesting that you can use the iOS 7 iCloud back-up to restore info for iOS 6 if you are a developer or have the UDID registered through one of those shady sites.

What is with all the snarky comments around here? I've tried resetting the network settings and that did not work. I ended up going back to beta 2 for the time being. I'll just continue with that until beta 4 comes out.

It was snarky. Search the forums and you'll see I had this issue as did others and that's how I fixed it. Relax.

Really? and it hasn't happened again? Which phone and provider?

iPhone 4S Verizon.

iPhone 4S Verizon.
This particular issue hasn't really been discussed much here outside if this thread. And unfortunately resetting network settings (or petty much any other possible solutions that people have brought up) have either not worked for everyone affected by the issue and/or have only worked temporarily.

When I try calling myself from another phone it usually won't ring the first time, them if I try again right away it'll work. Very strange. Definitely not like this on 6.1.4

So, I talked to another dev about this issue earlier today. He said he doesnt have the issue and he has a Verizon Iphone 5 like most of us. He told me he did a fresh, clean install as opposed to just updating OTA. I went ahead and tried it. Tested it by having a few people call me and the calls came right through. Dont know how many of you updated OTA from beta 2, but I would suggest just doing a clean install from iTunes. Just a suggestion, as mine seems to be working on beta 3 now.

Read on another forum that disabling Facetime is worth a try as well. Working for the OP.

By the way i did a full clean install on b3 and have the problem.

I tried a fresh install for a day or so and had high hopes since when I first tested it it seemed to work okay. Unfortunately after leaving the phone idle for an hour or so and sending another test call it didn't go through and I found the problem persisted. Tried just about everything with no luck. I think it may just be a beta 3 issue since beta 2 has been fine.

It does seem like when the phone has been left idle for a little while it is more prone to occur? Odd but I'd be careful and test it a couple more times before you risk missing any important calls

Honestly the only fix (more of a work around) has been using Youmail for missed calls. (thank you C DM!). I haven't ran into the issue yet lately, all of my calls have come through oddly enough, but i'll just keep Youmail around till beta 4, and my voicemail greeting sounds so much more pleasant, which is a plus I guess. :p

Oh wait, I thought Apple explicitly recommends beta "testing" this software on devices intended for development purposes only....

I've had this issue also. I did a hard rest "hold home+power button" and it seems to fix the problem, but I don't know what is causing it. AT&T iPhone 5.

I originally went back to iOS6, but I missed iOS7, so I just went to Beta 1. Even though it's not as stable as Beta 3, at least I get phone calls. I can deal with it until beta 4 comes out.

Just tried this myself and you can add me to the list as well. Phone doesn't receive calls.

same here, couldnt get my boss' and colleagues calls, had to immediately arrange another phone, apple, you really need to fix this.

Fixed

I was noticing that I wasn't receiving any calls on my Verizon iPhone 5 whenever the screens as locked. Everything worked fine when I was doing something on the phone.

What fixed it for me was go in to Settings> Do Not Disturb > Change Allow Calls From to Everyone. Even though I have Do Not Disturb turned off, for some reason this fixed it.

What worked for me...

Verizon iPhone 5 and I just experienced the missed call with no notification. Sounds like it's happening mostly to Verizon customers. Very weird and wonder what the fix is. anyone try calling Verizon?

I have an iphone 5 and am running ios 7 Beta 3. Only with Beta 3 have I had this issue. I was also not receiving calls, but all texts and voicemails were coming through. I tried calling my phone from 2 different phones with no avail. This is what worked for me. I did a HARD RESET, not a soft reset, but a hard reset (hold down home key and top power button together till the apple comes on and then turns off again) I waited about 3 minutes and then turned my phone back on. Haven't had another issue since! Hope this helps someone!!!:D

iCloud backups saved while running iOS 7 can't be used with iOS 6.

Unfortunately for the most part no type or resets, DND or other settings changes, or rally anything so far has really resolved the issue for good. Sometimes things work fine for a bit (with or without resets or settings changes), but sooner or later the undelivered calls surface once again, as long as you are on beta 3 (at least so far).

You are right. It took a week (or just under) but I was running fine until last night. I had to reset my network again last night and then again this morning.
