This was from last week, but it started snowing again today.

"Gingerbread House" that is actually made out of graham crackers and candy! 100% edible

My friends have been doing this every year for a bit now, and keep going bigger! This year, they worked on it 24-hours straight through, 70 man-hours total, spent about $250.

If you want to see a time-lapse of it coming together, check it out here on YouTube.

Thanks for looking and/or commenting!

This morning's commute:

Bloomin' snow...

It also snowed here again night. Played hookey from work midday and took a ride into the mountains south of where I live and ran upon this scene. Water sprinklers still going strong in a mountain meadow! I had some trouble with the exposure in the mid day son, so I played around with some PP and did as best I could.

With all of this snow going around the thread, I figured I would bring out a shot I took over the summer with my PnS.

This is at my daughter's Christmas recital. This guy put his camera up right in my frame. So I used it as a focus point for this shot.

This is also my first day out with my new Canon 60D!

It's an old one but I was just able to post it now.

Whistler, BC; Apr. 18, 2010: Athletes train on the Blackcomb Superpipe for the World Skiing Invitational as part of the Telus World Ski & Snowboard Festival.

Radical! And magnificent exposure, directly into the sun. How did you do that?
