Cedar City, Utah

Granville & Robson, where everyone is on a mission.

I'll start mine off with a street close by.

I'm visiting home (Vancouver B.C.) and took a few pics near sunset.

This is looking South East onto Davie Street after sunset.

Happy Groundhog Day! This is Chopper, the Gwinnett Braves groundhog mascot. He showed up to cheer on the official Georgia groundhog, Gen. Beau Lee. Since Beau is located in Gwinnett county, the minor league baseball team chose the groundhog as their mascot. I didn't get a good picture of Beau coming out of his southern mansion. The best I can say of it was the groundhog is in focus. He wasn't particularly exciting and didn't want to pose, so I went for the more photo friendly version. At least Beau did predict an early spring.

Little Stoney Falls

These are the lower Little Stoney Falls in southwest Virginia...we just had a big snow melt and the water was running!

Enjoy and comments welcome...

(I posted at the end of January, but it was after the deadline)

Yay it looks awesome...btw where was it taken?
+1 for the photo. That's Mt. Baker in Northern Washington State. Click Mike's photo and it will take you to his Flickr page. That's where you can find details on it.

And from 40 feet to your right, 2 weeks earlier, I present:

A cyclist navigates the alleyway between Granville and Howe St. in Vancouver.
Very interesting color contrast going on here. The green of the dumpster really jumps out at you. Is that it's real color or is there some post processing here?

2nd that but make mine a tii;)

love the photo - and especially love the subject. This old fart well remembers the 2002 - a great little car. Thanks for posting.

Thanks. Needless to say Steve's KGB Racing 2002 is a little modified. I imagine he chose the carburetted version because it is easier to tune. His car is not street legal and arrives at events in a trailer.

I have some other 2002 photos from shows I have attended that I will post over the next few days.
