Thanks. Needless to say Steve's KGB Racing 2002 is a little modified. I imagine he chose the carburetted version because it is easier to tune. His car is not street legal and arrives at events in a trailer.

I have some other 2002 photos from shows I have attended that I will post over the next few days.

YES! Got any BMW 3.0 CSi pics....72 ish. Icelandic Blue perhaps? Had one and wished I'd never sold it. Heard later that it burned to the ground...sad, really sad. If you've never seen the "BMW unscripted Murray" video you can catch it below. Even if you're not a car "guy" its a great video. We should all have a bit of Murray in us. Cheers

Drooooooool! An 8c in person. Nice. Love the Montreal. My 3.0 CSi was European, ie nice tight chrome bumpers. Man, gotta dig through some pictures and maybe I'll get lucky. Scan one and post it. Just another job for the weekend I'd guess. BTW, lovely pictures Cliff

That 8C was a seriously hot car. And thanks - Bimmer Magazine used some of those photos to illustrate their article on the CCA Concours.

Yay it looks awesome...btw where was it taken?

Exact location: pipeline and odell intersection, Blaine, WA :)
I went to pick up some items I purchased online and I always bring my camera everywhere I go. It was such a beautiful day. I was heading back towards Canada but the very last turn before the border I went back found a sweet vantage point and snapped away. I was very happy that I turned around. Its a good thing I did as I had quite the adventure :)

+1 for the photo. That's Mt. Baker in Northern Washington State. Click Mike's photo and it will take you to his Flickr page. That's where you can find details on it.

Thanks Dale! That means a lot to me!

Here is mine for today. My attempt at hand held HDR while taking the dog out for a walk. I didn't want that much of a purplish hue to it but after looking hundreds of times and different versions I like this the best for some reason, so I'll roll with it. :)

This 1973 2002 Turbo belongs to Alvin Tan and it took home a 1st place trophy for its class at the concours. These cars were not officially imported into the US and only 1656 were made.

I tried a 9 shot HDR today. I don't know what to think of it. I should have tried to photograph something else but something new under my belt I guess?

If you spend much time in the Philippines, you'll notice pretty quickly that Filipino men are not shy about 'going' wherever they need to go. Consequently, you'll see this notice painted on walls everywhere, which translates to "don't pee here". Why anyone would care in this location I have no idea.
