Didn't have a tripod so had to rest the camera against a handrail.

Used it almost from the day I could here, never changed it..!

I use it elsewhere too, Escher did some fabulous work.

I can't believe I haven't noticed it before. It's not like I haven't seen you post many many times before. Weird.

He sure did do some great work.

My friend just got a camera and is interested in lighting so I gave him some quick lessons. He is also really into working on his car so we decided to play around with some portraits that worked the car into the shot.

I really like this photo. The lighting works and the Civic Si in the background is good too. 1/4 mile at a time.....nice. Bet your friend likes it too.

Nothing too exciting in the photo department today, but we no longer have a two year old.

It's cute, but the low light made this a tough shot and it's not very sharp...

Just shot this today at the FOX theater in downtown St. Louis.. 35mm, 1/320, f/7.1, iso 200.

This was my second time out with this lens (35 f/1.4L) - I may have overexposed the first one a tad - it was bright outside, but ness sunny - sort of cloudy but not dark. I wasn't sure how to compose this one. Comments?

The second is my lovely fiance'. I love this time of day when you get that side light - makes for some very warm portraits...

Edit - these thumbnails look washed out, but when you click the link they look more like they do on my computer. Odd?
