Photos and Videos on Dropbox issue

I sync my photos and videos to dropbox but when I delete some of them on my iPhone, it doesn't delete on Dropbox. Anyone knows the solution? Thanks
 
It's a one way upload. If you delete them off your device you have to go and manually delete them off Dropbox.
