That's a meaningless statement. The "front panel" has looked the same since the original iPhone and that's all they're showing here.

It looks like we're going back to the old method (3G, 3GS) of attaching the lcd to the glass with frame & screws as opposed to gluing it on. Makes for a much easier and cheaper repair, just have to replace the glass. The 4/4S you have to replace the entire glass and lcd assembly. I cant wait to get one and tear it apart!

Does anyone have any idea as to how it will work for those with the unlimited data ? Will it be grandfathered in? I remember reading something about the unlimited data being grandfathered for iPad to iPad 3 users.

It looks weird because what you're seeing over top of the single camera hole is the reflection of the camera portion of the phone the guy was taking the photo with.

I oddly liked it, as i thought it could of been a front flash

That Home button that should be the most durable of all buttons on the phone. Unfortunately, it's the least.

I think the only Leaked part missing is the Rear Camera Assembly? I bet someone will completely build the new iPhone sometime next week with the leaked parts and iOS 6 developer hacked/unlocked.

Perhaps that's Apple's new practice. Retaining the same look for several years in a row. There's always a benefit. In this case for the newbies & uninitiated, keeping the same look makes it instantly recognizable as an iPhone.

We do know that sales volume & market share are Apples highest priority. In the iDevices era, Apple has a burning desire to dominate. Of greater importance than features & performance is instant recognition.

Being perceived as cool for years, people want to be seen with it. Even huge groups of users on this forum proclaim it's not about specs, but about the experience. Therefore by retaining "the look" Apple avoids confusing those who are not enthusiasts.

They also avoid offering choices. Another taboo in AppleLand.

I just noticed, at the top of the Camera it appears there is a second sensor or the sensor is in a different place than has been shown in earlier leaks next to the ear piece?
