I wonder if you can achieve Astrology more with these settings.

no not really... these settings are for bright objects like the moon (a short exposure at low ISO). The fainter objects require long exposures and higher ISO’s to get the objects that the eye can’t see, usually about 3-5 minutes. Currently the iPhone 11 Pro can’t do that yet.

the only crappy thing i notice, is every time the ultra wide is used, something always seems just a little bit off and i don’t think they look very good..
