Same. AT&T iPhone X 256GB. Never ore-ordered. BestBuy's site couldn't verify the account holders information. It took several attempts. Also had to disable Find My iPhone. Eventually went through with a pick-up date of 11/03. Got the confirmation e-mail at 3:12 AM. Fingers crossed.

Now when you check the availability of the product through BestBuy most carriers, color and capacity (except Sprint) states 'Coming Soon'.

Glad for those who got theirs in.

I think I may have been able to get launch day if it didn't force me to type in my address again. Really don't understand why it did that. Nothing's changed since the last time I ordered from the online store.

As for the app - I wonder if it's Apple's web caching servers or maybe Rogers? (if they're web caching Apple's store, then we need to raise hell....it's them that cost us the app working properly).

I originally ordered from Apple at 3am EST and got the configuration I wanted but with a 2-3 week shipping date - this put delivery at November 17-24.

I woke up and checked Best Buy - they had the same configuration for a November 10 in store pick up, so I ordered there!

Now I need to cancel my Apple order!

Not sure. Actually overslept too. I didn't order from Apple. Went thought my phone carrier tmobile. Guessing the demand there isn't high as Apple.

I had to use Apple.com - app never came online for me. Ordered Silver / 256 / att for 17-24 NOV delivery. Email confirmation received @ 3:15. I could have ordered a 64 for 03NOV delivery, but I would have regretted it. Now let’s hope they under promise and over deliver!

I ordered one minute after you, same configuration and carrier, and I got a Nov 10th - 17th delivery date.

I checked immediately after placing the order and found the same thing. So crazy just one minute.

I dont get how many people got a nov 3rd delivery....apple app and website didn't come live till 3:08 for me and shipping dates already moved 2-3 weeks...

I was using two iPhones and one iPad for Apple app and iPad went alive at 3:02 luckily. Previous years I wasn’t getting order until 15 minutes out. So it really varies a lot.
