Well then it's just like Weatherspoons. I actually prefer the lack of music, as it allows me to chat with mates. After all, I rarely go there alone, and if all I wanted to do is sit and listen to music, I'd just go home.
It tastes like old man, .
The analogy is kind of lost on those of us who have never tasted an old man.![]()
Boags Premium
Coopers Sparkling Ale (it's in a red labelled bottle, stronger and better than the Pale Ale)
Little Creatures Pale Ale
There's a fairly hefty list of good beers hardly anyone else know about down here. The Poms can pick on us but unless they've delved into the little-known brews down here (not Fosters, nobody here drinks that) then they can shut up right now.
You can get it in England, I had a pint of one of their beers in a pub a few months back. I can't say it was particularly good, although to be fair the pub we were in isn't exactly brilliant at making sure its ales are well kept. One of the few things i like about wales is this beer, BRAINS. But I dont know if its widely available, so far ive only seen it in wales, not even england.
The London Pride is gorgeous.
yes you are right-both are great.
Yes, they are but I do prefer London Pride though.
Fuller's Honey Dew is much nicer than Young's Waggle Dance too...
Belgium beers, yes, they are great but to me they are a one trick pony. Sweet (its like you are drinking a fortefied wine), heavy, Strong and some with flavours-
Bud Light. Hands down the best beer ever.

A nice alternative to Guinness
