Sadly, some people get off on teasing. Clearly, snowwhite007 is one of those people.

Man I am ready for this jailbreak. I've been jailbreaking iPhones since the original, what would make this the most amazing jailbreak yet? All the tweaks that are there for A4 devices will be here when we get JB for A5, so what would be different?

If I were you, I would JB ASAP. You never know when apple puts out that patch and your window is borked. Unlikely for at least a week or two but always possible.
What do you mean? Like apple releasing 5.1?

If he's on 5.0.1 then why would it matter? As long as he doesn't update to 5.1 then he should be fine.

I actually didn't know. Either way, it's entirely possible that apple is simply waiting on the JB To drop, then they release 5.1/5.0.2 and millions update and them realize they can't JB.

This A5 jailbreak is quickly becoming the most amazing one yet!!!
Yes there will be some people who update then realize they can't jailbreak but that's why you have to do your research.Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; CPU iPhone OS 5_0_1 like Mac OS X) AppleWebKit/534.46 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/5.1 Mobile/9A405 Safari/7534.48.3)

Hate this cat and mouse game but we really have no choice.
Just stay connected and hope to catch the JB when released.

Why do you and Ksizzle9 seem to think you have to do this as soon as it's out. What's the rush? Just don't update to 5.1 and then you can take your time and jailbreak when you want or a few days after when things have calmed down. Am I wrong?
as long as you don't update you can wait as long as you like a day, week, month even a year. When it's released there will be a ton of people complaining cydia crashed repos down etc. Happens every time cydia just can't handle that initial jailbreak update wave. You can also just jailbreak and wait to install Chris packages.![]()
Chris packages?
I wonder if today is a no go then.
What would make you think today is a no go?
