Very well put. Would love to have the JB asap but them getting it perfect is worth the wait. Otherwise having to restore could doom us all!
 
After these tweets from muscle nerd does anyone think we have a chance of seeing this jailbreak this weekend? Can it really be weeks more? I am really trying to be patient but after pod2g said a matter of days i started to get excited.

Great question!? If so, no one wants an ETA- just reason to believe this thing is actually going to happen.

Just read some replies Tina tweet muscle nerd made. One of the people rePlying said something along the lines of "MN, I got a email for "musclenerd@iphone-dev.org" saying that Sunday is funday? Maybe snow white knows what the deal is.

Aww...are you disappointed? Well, someone tell MN that jbarresi is disappointed! He's sure to release the jb right away!

Comments like these add absolutely nothing to this discussion. No one CARES that you're "trying to be patient". Actually, you have no choice but to be. Unless you've been working on a jb of your own, then sit back and wait.

yeah i can't imagine how tough the a6 devices are going to be, especially with the guys apple has working for them now.

Oh yeah writing my thoughts on internet message board is really stupid, i thought these things were for thoughts and feelings. And no one CARES about what you think of me trying to be patient. Your post really added A LOT to the conversation also lol

And can you point out where in my post i said i was disappointed?

I think if we are looking at the same tweet musclenerd said that email address was a fraud and not his. But it was @sirmental409 and not Tina.
 
At the end of the day we all want the most stable JB and for that ill wait as long as it takes..

Chances are most of us will end up leaving our phones Jailbroken till we sell it so waiting an extra week or whatever is fine by me because i will be enjoying it for a long time .

I cannot imagine how many people are going to bork there phone trying to do all kinds of crazy stuff only to realize after its to late they cannot restore the phone and lose there Jailbreak. The amount of threads that is going to create will be insane .

Going to have to be extra super careful with this one :).

well pod2g has said that this is a amazing jailbreak possibly the best ever. so it will take a amazing firmware update by Apple to make me update and chance losing it. I really don't think it's far away I'm guessing just polishing it to be inserted via redsn0w or greenpos0in or whatever. I'm hoping real strong for tomorrow.

I'm also starting to consider not updating apps in fear that I might update one that requires a firmware greater than 5.0.1...though there are probably ways to downgrade apps...I have this feeling that jailbreaks are going to come hard and harder to come by, but I hope I am wrong

It feels like Christmas Eve!!! Sunday Funday!!!!

Just waiting for Santa Pod2G to come down the chimney with his jailbreak. I even left milk and cookies out.

I think the real question was if you could shed any light on the "surprises" you mentioned. Not fair to tease.
