I honestly would say sometime Friday arvo (in the US). As most of the developers at Apple will be on their way home, they wouldn't be able to do much about it or rushing the next 5.1 release out until early next week; Tuesday at the earliest. That would give at least 4 days for the jailbreak to sink in.

I dont believe such an error would show just before the release, the team has had jailbroken phones more than a day
