SnowWhite why can't you ask your buddy what the tweet meant. He tweeted a vague statement and said nothing else. Maybe you can find out for us

He deserves every single penny IMO.
When it comes out we should all kick in something. Even if its $5-10 or so.

Agreed. I really want these guys to get rewarded for working hard for the benefit of the community. Hope they get enough satisfaction / respect earned from others / donations to make it worth it for them to keep coming out with jailbreaks in the future :)

Are you talking about different Dev members involed? There are only a couple people that take donatains. People like musclenerd do not!

Wow... musclenerd just became my personal hero for the work he does to benefit the community without pay

Who should I donate to then when the jailbreak comes out?

Only one I knew so far taking donations was pod2g but I'd like to give all of the Dev guys $10-20 for their hard work.

Originally I know that @pod2g was only taking donations for his "get a iPhone 4S" fund. He ended up getting a 4S, and I think that really goes to show the power of donation, it also shows that we have faith in their work. All of us who donated to pod basically bought him a iPhone and in return, pod gave us the greatest gift of all for an iPhone owner. JB!! Sure other people are helping, but the iPad 2 has been out for 10 months and only been JB once, then the 4S was out for 3-4 and it only toOk pod maybe a couple of weeks.

Wow, some nice donations you guys give. I thought I was pushing it with my $10 I gave once, and I thought that was a lot. If there was a way to make it permanent (even through iOS updates), I would donate a larger amount for a jailbreak.

Well, a great tactic is to say "Coming soon" and watch the donations come flying in. Once you hit a certain number mark, you release the jailbreak.

Who's not to say they are just trying to hit a target money amount before releasing it. People tend to stop donating once they get their greedy hands on the product.

I think that "somethings approaching" makes it sound closer than p0sixninjas tweet. So you guys thinking its tonight? If not they are very mean:mad:

anyone have this weird feeling of after waiting all this time and all the hints that it just can't be real. I just have this feeling like holy crap is it really time?

If people spend $10 - 20 merely on screen protectors every time they buy a new iPhone... then $10 - 20 should be standard donation to a person who comes out with a jailbreak which doubles the customization of their phone.

I'm waiting for someone to tweet that what was approaching was Musclenerd farting. :D

I know what you mean. I have the feeling. You wait so long and work yourself up so much that its almost not even real anymore.

Who's not to say they didn't already hit that number and now they're thinking, "How cool is this, lets wait "A few more"

these are intellegent individuals that we're dealing with, surely they figured out how to milk the cow

dang it, watch it drop when i'm right in the middle of rush hour traffic going home!!

I sure hope so!!! ;)

If it came out while everyone is at work that makes it that much easier to download it before everyone gets home and causes the servers to crash :D
