16GB for me. Plenty of storage for my needs/habits.

16GB. $50 for iTunes Match (2 years) is better than spending $100 for 16 more GB. Although I'm yet to get iTunes Match, but plan on it soon.

Well I can't see the pole from mine but 32, I have a decent size music library and take lots of pix. 64 would be far too big as the lowest I've ever gotten my 4 or 4S 32 was about 10GB left, that was 300-500 pix, 2,000-3,000 songs and at least 40 of my favorite apps

64 here, but get what you can afford. One thing to remember though, you can't add storage later if you feel X isn't enough.

Then why use Match as your reasoning? BTW, if used often Match can eat up some space. Think every time you play a song/album, it's on your device until you delete it. Like I said above, never forget that you can't add space. It's almost to the point that the 32 should be the lowest storage.

I nabbed a 32gb 4S because it was becoming a real inconvenience running out of space when I wanted to download a new app or snap a few pictures. The whole iTunes in the cloud/iTunes match thing doesn't really solve storage issues unless you're the type that likes to micromanage the content on your phone.

Next update I'm hoping 32 gig drops to the $199 slot and the 64 gig drops to $299. Wishful thinking on my part.

Don't you still need the space available to d/l the songs? I thought about this option; too much micro managing for me.

My first iPhone was a white iPhone 3Gs 32GB. Which at the end I had only .07 GB left. So I upgraded to a white iPhone 4s 64GB. I was praying for the 64GB model to be released. If anything that was my only request for the new iPhone.

Maybe you didn't need the additional 16GB of storage so you saved $100. But for many others 16GB is just not enough and they spent the extra $100 for the 32GB or $200 for the 64GB.

Better to spend the little extra now and not need it than spend more later and not have it when you need it.

I got a 16GB. So much stuff is on the cloud, it doesn't need a massive amount of space for me really. I've loaded all my favourite music, podcasts, some photos that I wanted to keep on the phone itself, and I've just broken 10GB.

64gb. If I had gotten a 32 (I was tossing the idea between the two) I would be within 4gb. Too close for my liking and I would had regrets I didnt get the 64. Completely happy with what I have

A virtually even spread. I am quite shocked....

Anyway 16GB here. With google music I figured I could save a ton of money since I didn't need all that space. Most of the games I play are well below 500mb anyway. Only large files are gps.

Had a 32GB iPhone 4, picked up the 64GB model, have an ever expanding music library on my phone 30+g and going.

16gb for me. Most of my songs are on my Nano, and videos I use the Air Video App. 80 apps and I still have a little over 8gb left. So I am happy :D

i first bught the 16g but i filled the dang thing very fast. ended up gaving it to my mom and now i have the 64g. shes very happy with it, and so i am :D

I had a white iPhone 3Gs 32GB and now have a white 4s 32GB. I keep mainly everything on my iPhone, except for movies & HD games. Those are on my white 16GB iPad 2 :D

16gb. My iPod handles all my music needs

I plan on picking up a 16GB next month. Honestly, dont see the need for more unless your going to use it as an iPod, or store a crap ton of HD videos. For me, the majority of the space will be taken up from pics and videos I take. So I feel 16GB is enough.

I have 750g hard drive on my computer and have no need to to try and store my entire life on my phone,
(so 16g is plenty for me).
I think most peeps that fill up a 64g iphone do it cause they can, not because they need to. ;)

And it's quite good to have that ability. That way I'm not having to plan out what goes on and what doesn't. Nor am I going to be on a plane without WiFi, wishing I had downloaded x song, move or video before I left.

I had the 32GB 4, upgraded to a 64GB 4S.

I won't knock the people who got the 1GB models though. People use their phones differently. Some don't even bother to store media on it and even 8GB would be a lot to them.

Nobody NEEDS an iPhone either, we buy one because We can and we want.

I have a few apps that are over 1GB each, 16GB isn't going to cut it for what I want.
