I can assure you that Portenzo was not influenced by your little threat to call your attorney. The average shipping time just happens to be 7 weeks therefore the shipment of your case was imminent.
Portenzo and everyone else is laughing at your naivety. People are not influenced by a naive unsophisticated individual who makes spurious threats especially when they have zero cause of action.![]()

Emailed Scott, early in week 5, was told it should ship by mid week of week 6..
Emailed Scott in week 6, received a generic response and saw my case enter production on myportenzo.com with an estimation of shipping within a week..
Emailed Scott the day before yesterday and am awaiting his response.
All of my correspondence has been very civil and understanding of the position they find themselves in. He has been very responsive even though I do suspect one of his responses to be cut and paste ("I do apologize for the delay. We are working very hard on getting these cases out in a decent time frame without sacrificing quality. Thanks, Scott") and he hasn't answered everything in my emails..
