Another fine example portenzo craftsmanship. Makes the wait worth the while.
Sure if they could do some kind of mass production ramp-up, but the quality would suffer likely, and then they'd be no different from the <unwashed masses>

lockscreen theme is typophone 4 + weather. Had a dbar theme but was screwed up after I jb on 4.3.1, but yah I went back to good old typophone.
I have to agree the bumper is pretty sweet. It's a copy cat element/atomic case from DX feels just like my buddies, but much much cheaper.

I remember a few persons living near Portenzo. Could someone just drop by them and have a look at whats actually going on. How their factory is set up and such. You need to call ahead of course.
Maybe do some photos or video from the workshop with them working their asses off. (This would have been a good idea for Portenzo to post on the site)

I've been following this thread with a lot of interest, since the beginning (and wow, what a long and at times tedious thread it became, right?). But I have to give credit where credit is due, and it was this forum that convinced me to cancel my DODOCase order and switch to Portenzo. Thanks; it was a very good move.
I ordered on Sunday morning 3/27. I ordered Levant because I liked the looks, but also because Morocco was out of stock, or soon would be. I got the camera hole, because I've been surprised at how much I'm using the iPad2's camera for little home movie type stuff -- and it turns out the frame's gonna have a hole anyway, with either the little dust-sealing donut or a big circular pad. Just the regular elastic closure for me, as well.
It shipped April 5th, and arrived yesterday. Order number was 6818. I'm digging it. There are a few little things about fit & finish that, to me, appear to be way better than the P&Q or the Dodo. I think Treegloo looks pretty cool as well, but that probably comes down to personal style and preference more than anything you could compare side-by-side.
I'll see if I can shrink down some photos to an appropriate size and post 'em, but we may soon be in that territory where photos start to duplicate. Any specific requests, let me know and I'll see what I can do.

I am seeing orders arriving on various posts for people that ordered an identical product 8-10 days after me. They are certainly not going in order of the date of order.

As long you don't plan on position the case in landscape mode (the viewing position not the typing position) I think you'll be more than satisfied. I tried for a while to keep it standing up in that position without using the strap to no avail. I know I know TWSS
I know people have asked about changing the 23.5 inner lining, has anyone been successful, or have they received the stock, only beige linen is available answer?

I ordered a levant/black with stylus holder on 3/19. I have not made any changes at all to my order.
Just found out that their declaration that all levant & Old School orders placed by 3/25 will ship by 4/8 was not correct. They will ship from4/8. So all of those people claiming to have already received their levant must have photoshopped the pics, because they just started shipping them.
they also haven't taken the 30 seconds of effort to correct the info....I haven't seen any pics of people receiving a Portenzo with stylus holder. Anyone?? They said on FB that the stylus holder option would not delay orders.

I asked if I could just come by to pick-up my order instead of waiting an additional 2 days for shipping since I'm in St. Louis. No go... they don't allow that.
If your stylus has any part of it thats metal and you order a magna grip I really don't find it necessary to have a stylus holder. All my styli latch/stick on to the front of cover very strongly. jmo though.

A Red Levant with Camera Opening, MagnaGrip, and Elastic. I was offered mine after I canceled it publicly via Facebook, I canceled after placing a Treegloo(with a custom photo liner) order, which I will receive next week.
What am I going to do with two cases? Eh who knows!

You should send the Portenzo back. It looks nice though. I think they should forego the sticker in the interior.
