Are you serious? Did you want me to get a list of every iOS device available and a list of every Android device available? Didn't think so.
Fragmentation is far worse on Android.
But you admit it now exists within iOS.
Personally I don't see it as an issue, but these forums very much used to. Until Apple started doing it.
I don't either. It's just some people aren't liking the fact that there will be quite a difference between the two iPhone 7 models.
There must be a huge software feature exclusive to the iPhone 7. Keep in mind that iOS 9 was the year they focused on bug fixes and stabilization. Basically they have had 2 years to focus on iOS 10 features.
It's too bad the 4.7 inch doesn't have dual cameras. I wonder if it's because there is not enough room or because Apple is trying to push people to the larger more expensive phone.
Hahaha this is my favorite post so far. This is how far the Apple user base has dropped...now the dual-camera housing get's criticized as ugly. Awesome.

Does it really matter? You buy the phone that suits your needs most. I'd love to have the dual-camera but portability matters more. We'll see in October
I agree. iPhone 6SS is going to be looking sooooo tired about 5 nanoseconds after it is launched.
Here is hoping that you are right. I would very much like in 2016 to have a new iPhone with the new form factor

split screen on the iPhone! LOL only works on iphones with A10 chip even though the iPad can do it with the A9 LOLLLLL
I doubt that any software feature exclusive to the iPhone 7 (if that's even the name) will be considered "huge" by most of us.

My iPad mini 4 with the A8 has that feature and my 6s is significantly more powerful than my mini so it would be total BS by Apple to make it exclusive to the iPhone 7. Then again, split screen on a 4.7" display is kind of useless. I think people hoping for some huge software feature exclusive to the iPhone 7 are grasping at straws here.

Please don't take my words out of context. I'm not hoping. The basis of my comment was a recent interview of Tim Cook where he stated that there is a feature coming that we will all want but we don't know we want yet. Very vague I know. I was thinking it maybe software versus hardware related.
I was poking fun of Apple and their stupid moves to make features only available on the latest hardware even though past generations can run it.
I was hoping this year we'd get a 2k OLED display (on the Plus model) and a Virtual Reality headset from Apple. Yes, I know. I'm a delusional optimist.
It seems that we are in the same boat. My 5S contract has finished but I'm holding off on upgrading at the moment. The SE has me tempted but I would like to try a larger display but I wouldn't get a 6S/6S+ this close to September. On the other hand, most of the iPhone 7 rumours are weak at best! What I'll probably do is get the 7 or 7+ as a short term upgrade anyway and see how I get on with the size increase. Then, in 2017 is Apple brings out something amazing I'll upgrade to which ever size suits me I think.
