Just got off the phone with Apple. I told the rep to have a great day, he asked me what my fave color was and now I have a midnight blue Mustang in my garage.
I called Apple back and said, "I was on the phone with an Apple rep and she offered me a complimentary case for my troubles but our call dropped "

As much as I would like to say that I'm shocked by this behavior, these days the amount of people with this type of "I'm entitled to it because I stayed up late" type of attitude is no longer shocking.
I run a small company and sent someone the wrong order by mistake (another customers order). She got 4 bottles of sauce. (one of which she was the same flavor of one she ordered, the other three were different flavors). I emailed her before it happened and told her I will send out the other bottle she did not get and she can keep the rest. She complained that I didn't send her "her" full order and that the stuff from the other order "didn't count towards her bottles". She got 6 bottles for the price of two, was notified before even getting the bottles and still wanted more free stuff. And of course she sent a nasty email saying she will never order from me again.
All you people are basically doing nothing more than driving up the prices of doing business for everyone involved and it's pretty trashy.

I spent 20 minutes on the phone. First Lady I talked to said her computer was acting up so she was transferring me. The next person I talked to was a guy. I told him that I had placed the order for a black leather case for the 6 plus when I placed the order for the phone. I then told him that I was just checking my email notifications and I realized that the case was not on my order. He placed me on hold and when he came back on the phone he asked where I'd like the case shipped to that since I had trouble placing the order for the case he was gonna ship one to me on the house. So it will be delivered to me I between September 30th and October 2nd.
