My best G4 system, a Power Mac G4 (Mirrored Drive Doors):

I put in the 1.25 processors myself (upgraded from dual 1.0), and it also has a retail Radeon 9600 GPU upgrade installed.

My G5, with a little eye candy thrown in...

Just spent a good 30 minutes booting up most of my PowerPC collection for these screenshots. Missing is a G4 Mini and a Snow iMac G3, which started having the "shaky" monitor issue a few months ago. My collection isn't too crazy powerful but I like 'em.
eMac.png eMac G4.
iMacg3.png Blueberry iMac G3. Swapped the HDD from a later iMac G3 into this 350MHz model.
iMacG415.png 15" iMac G4.
iMacg417.png 17" iMac G4.
powerbookg4.png 12" PowerBook G4.

These screenshots are great but I don't know how some of you can still be using these as your primary machines. So crazy. Here I am, trying to decide when I should upgrade my 15" 2012 rMBP, lol! My grandpa is just barely gimping along on my old 15" 2008 MacBook Pro. I can't imagine going older than that! Props.

I wish I had gotten into Macs sooner. I used them a bunch in the computer lab in high school and college, so I can't post screenshots. I remember the first machine I used was a big G4 box. It was like shiny plastic or something? Used it for video editing for a high school student-run news channel that I co-founded on our local cable in KC. Spent a lot of time with some early G5 towers and those translucent cinema displays. Think it was on Panther or something? It's all really fuzzy. I remember thinking the screen savers were so much more beautiful on Macs haha. Then I was out of college for a few years and decided to go back and do photography and graphic design. Bought myself my first Mac after a little bit and now I'm hooked!

My Bondi Blue iMac, El Cap themed.

The Kaleidoscope scheme was created by a podcaster who wanted to see if he could do a Yosemite scheme for the classic OS. It's unfinished, but really doesn't need much more work to complete it. I'd do it, but time, and my lack of scheming knowledge, preclude me from doing so. It looks pretty good as it is. The icons were converted by myself and put into place with iControl and a little Get Info copy/paste. I converted the SF font myself as well. I still have more work to do on this, but it's starting to look pretty good.

Could you upload/post the link to this theme? I was looking for it on macgui but I couldn't find it in their Kaleidoscope themes. It's almost a sacrilege doing this to OS 9 :D but it would look funny in my Beige which I want to revive.
TIA.

I'll upload it when I get home from work tonight.
