Post your Apple Watch work out/ Activity rings!

Here is mine. IVe had an Apple Watch Nike + originally from January to June then sold it.

I purchased another - sellers remorse last month. I noticed (3rd attachment) when you restore iOS from a backup and use a new Watch (restoring from the iOS Watch backup) Health app sees it as a new device. I'll bet this has to do with iOS Privacy and Security guidelines for device identification getting new certs.

Still when I deleted the previous Watch listing the data stated for a few hours then deleted previous workout and health data. I wish it kept the data since I restored it without confusing it as two devices. All achievements previously attained is gone

This from a nice bike ride one Saturday morning.


And this one, a very long couple of days at work getting everything ready for a major software release. Note that it continued until about 7pm the next day. I hit the bed hard that night.

Today I hit 70 days in a row. Month of March I ran a total of 161 miles (over 5 miles a day). Hard to accomplish with a job I work over 12 hours a day.
