Sunday dinner consisted of homemade ravioli. Stuffed with crab meat, porcini mushrooms and some mascarpone cheese

Thanks! The taste and texture of homemade ravioli,or any homemade pasta, is amazing. I'll probably make some cavatelli or gnocchi next. And I love biscotti. Especially coming up with new flavors..
lobster
i don't eat seafood as often as i'd like but when i do... lobster is always my first choice kekeke, especially with a side of liquid butter to dip :Q...

Breakfast, granny smith apples, starfruit, Camembert, Brie, extra mature cheddar, Edam, basil, extra virgin olive oil and home made bread.
Continuing the sea theme lol - Scampi shrimp lemon seared on grill then tossed in chipotle onion mayo sauce

I like cooking with pancetta. It's basically Italian bacon. Unlike American bacon which is smoked,pancetta is cured. Different taste and texture to it. Great for flavoring dishes..
Have the first of several family Christmas get togethers this weekend. Got a head start on some cookies.

Not surprising.. Anything you make is gold. Like I never ever seen anyone make such a fantastic biscotti, let alone first try.

That all looks great! Vongole=clams in English. Usually littleneck clams. I make linguine alle vongole (either with a white or red sauce) all the time.
