I think my next purchase will have to be one of those table/foot rests. I love them, and they're even better when you can hide your gaming memorabilia in 'em.

my computer. That's all i have, and it won't even play youtube smoothly,i need to figure out how to fix that.Anyone know?

better Video card? Get a new Mac Mini? At least you HAVE a Mac.

LightSpeed1,

I didn't know that the Atari 2600 Original COULD be played on HDTV's :O
That said, what game is that ... Man Hunt? If I'm wrong please forgive me as although I was old enough to play one of those systems, mom/dad couldn't afford one - most likely they could if they waited, but didn't buy me one.

I didn't see any Atari 2600s in LightSpeed's pic, so I wonder if you are referring to my post on the previous page to this thread. :p

Well, if it is me, I can tell you that you can hook up any old video device to any new device. But not backwards, a Blu-Ray player would not show a thing on a non HD TV. Remember that all HD TVs are just glorified LCD monitors with a TV tuner in it. Hook something up to them that needs a smaller resolution, and it will play it.

The pic of my 2600 has Berzerk currently playing on it.

Very Very nice set up. That's about the same size room that my new apartment is going to have, shape and all. If you don't mind me asking, where did you get your tv stand and what is it called? Thank you.

Here is mine. This is our 2nd living room, the wife has a pretty nice setup in hers, but this is the nicer one.

114 Carada Screen
Onkyo 886
Emotiva XPA-5

Dual MFW 15's
Emotiva 8.3, 6.3, ERD

I can using Vuze on my computer and stream it to the ps3 through wifi. But I do it with the tv, because the program has some minor bugs. The tv has usb ports that allows you to play music/photos/videos. It's built to recognize AVI file types, so I just plug in my external drive.

The picture that I posted is what it looks like when your going through your hard drive, I just finished watching the most recent episode of Modern Family.

Heya,

Just out of interest does anyone know what the projector screen is and/or where to find it? The border and sturdy quality look substantial.

Im well impressed by that set-up and sure it's the way forward bedroom where space can be an issue.
