i have a Puggle and she does the same thing when a dog is on the tv :D, nice pic by the way

Yeah, he's crazy, he attacks it all the time when there's a dog on tv. Horses really drive him crazy too. After he looks and then listens intently to the center channel then he runs up the stairs behind the plasma to see if the animal is back there. One day that whole stand is going to come down.
@ TheRedOx, nice, did you spray the 360?
No, it's actually a licensed Microsoft faceplate, it's just the silver one.

Hopefully Soon!

So, if you're a praying person, pray that my wife lets me go through with the deal I'm looking into! If you're not, just send good feelings my way!

A new Samsung LN40B550! Tax refund just came in and I think she's going to let me put it into a new TV! (I think secretly she wants one too!)

So, hopefully in a couple weeks I'll be able to post a new picture soon! :)

I have moved back to NY and have a slightly updated setup. Much nicer Onkyo 7.1 surround, new cozy minimal Ikea couch, 360 Elite, Mac Mini, ACD, 40" Samsung LCD...

they only sold it for a short time. very hard to find nowadays for some reason. it just looks perfect against a white wall. wonder why they stopped producing them. thanks!

that model at the time went for around $1,400 but you can find a 40" Samsung for a little under $1,000 nowadays.

Here is mine.

Unless you're 12' tall, aren't those rear channels all several feet above your head when you're sitting on the coach?

the Onkyo manual "setup guide" states that all four rear speakers should be 2-3 feet above the listener's head. I was very unsure of this also, but I guess they say it for a reason.

^ whoa, your first two pics create an optical illusion. It looks as if you had your receiver and everything in the center of your room under that desk.

nice setup though!

My IKEA setup....
@CREVICE - bro I'm biting your style a bit hehe, hey great minds think alike...

very nice!

your pic of the remotes reminded me of my roommate during university. He was incredibly anal retentive (no offense to you if you are).

When he ticked me off, I'm simply move one of the remotes ever so slightly and he would snap big time.

It was fun :)

Cheers,
Keebler

Well, allow me to be the anal retentive one here...please DON'T QUOTE a bunch of huge images that are already on the page.

I was the one who pissed off my roommates in college with my organization too :) Everything always had to be put away, clean up your damn dishes, and I zip-tied all the cables, etc.
