Can never run out of colors, if anything apple is the only company that plays it safe on their pro models when it comes to colors.

we’ve had the typical space grey, silver and gold until the 11 pro came around, then they started offering us 1 extra new color a year with the pro models 😂
they are very stingy with the colours, specially with the Pros. always the same colours plus one only recently . They could do so much more, specially this year since it seems the 13 is not much of an upgrade from the 12, they could at least throw more colours

I'm waiting to see how much of an improvement the 13 Mini is compared to the 12 Mini, if there isn't much difference especially with the camera I'll just scoop up a 12 Mini on discount.

I'll be looking at getting whatever the base version of the 13 Pro is. Not massively in need of storage and I use the cloud quite a bit for pictures and videos.

Currently on the 11 Pro so will be a nice little upgrade I hope. My mum has a 12 mini and I love how it feels in terms of the flat sides. Sadly a bit too small for me.

Any of iPhone 13, iPhone 13 Pro, and iPhone 13 Pro max are options for me. Will depend on which one has the best battery life to be honest. I have thought about getting the regular iPhone a few times, but I do use/like telephoto

It seems that I’ve finally made up my mind about which model I’ll be getting. I’ve been leaning toward the 13 Pro Max, due to the larger screen and higher battery capacity. After spending some time with my wife’s work-issued 12, I will definitely be ordering the 13 Pro. It’ll provide me with enough increased screen real estate while remaining pocketable.

So, update on my decision adventures for anyone, if at all, who is following: I’ve eliminated the Pro Max as an option for me to get after going to the Apple Store a second time. It got annoying working with in the store, and it’d be even bigger with a case.

I’m now deciding between the 13 Mini and the 13 Pro.

13 Mini

Pros:
  • Best feeling iPhone easily. Seriously feels incredible in the hand. The ergonomics and reachability is insane.
  • Likely last year to get a new Mini model, which makes me want to buy it more.
  • Less expensive
Cons:
  • Battery life. I’ve come from the time when iPhones were still considered to have average battery life at best. I strongly considered upgrading to the 11 series just because they were known for having such a huge increase in battery life. To upgrade to the Mini and still have average/mediocre battery life would be disappointing after spending hundreds of dollars. It also will deteriorate faster since it’s a smaller battery.
  • Smaller screen. I worry I’ll regret getting a smaller screen, especially for situations like navigation in the car and watching videos. Granted, I don’t watch many videos on my phone besides TikToks, so maybe it’s not as big of an issue as I think it might be.
  • No ProMotion, slightly dimmer display
  • No telephoto
13 Pro

Pros:
  • (Assuming) ProMotion and brighter screen
  • Telephoto lens
  • Prettier (the gold might be the best looking phone of all time in my opinion)
  • Better battery life
  • Screen size is a safer pick for me. I’ve pretty much always gone with larger displays, and I know for sure the screen would be enough for navigation, watching videos, and daily use. I’m concerned that I’ll regret the smaller screen size over time, like I did when I downsized from the iPhone 7+ to the 7.
  • LiDAR for better night shots. I’ve always looked forward to the day I can take night photos on my phone, though I don’t take many pictures anymore.
Cons:
  • More expensive
  • Feels worse in the hand. Edges feel sharper (will be in a case anyways) and the weight is less comfortable. Worse ergonomics and less reachable/usable with one hand.
  • Won’t feel that different from my XS Max. Yes, it’s a downsize, but it’s not that much of a downsize.
Right now, I’m leaning towards the Mini. It just feels SO good in the hand, and it’s definitely the downsize I was hoping for.

I have long-term concerns for either decision I make. If I choose the Mini, I‘m worried I’ll be disappointed by the battery life and the smaller screen over time. If I choose the Pro, I’m worried that I’ll always wonder what it would be like to own a small, very ergonomic iPhone and feel I missed out on my last opportunity to buy one that just came out for who knows how long.

Decisions, decisions.

Seems like a lot more people this iPhone cycle are getting big phone fatigue than previous cycles. I’m also leaning that way. My 12 Pro Max is nice, but it is heavy and if I’m wearing shorts that are somewhat loose, they will almost fall down.

The beast is fast approaching, LETS GOOOOOO!!! 👇

iPhone 13 seems like it’s shaping up to be the least exciting update ever. You can already read the reviews. Best iPhone ever. But nothing worth buying if you have the 11 or 12.

No such thing as a boring year, when it comes to the best phone on the universe.

It‘s destroying the competition, while hardy breaking a sweat. 😎

Last year I went for the iPhone 12 Pro, but I missed the larger screen size so this year it will be the iPhone 13 Pro Max for me.

13 Pro. The 12 Pro Max is just too ginormous so I don’t see why I’d get a 13 Pro Max with the same dimensions.

I’ve learned over the past 2 years that I hardly ever take pictures.

iPhone 13 Pro. I want the higher refresh display and the Pro Max is too large for my uses. I'd be up for an iPhone 13 Pro mini, but we all know that won't happen.

This is reportedly the final version of the Mini. I'd definitely get the final version over the penultimate version. You'll get one more year of support. Surely that is worth a couple hundred bucks?

I’m going to upgrade from a X to an iPhone 13 pro max. It’s the first time I am considering a max version for an iPhone so I’m going with it

I only wish they continue with the Pacific Blue color. I love that color

I will admit that my 12 Pro Max is heavy when it’s in a case, and that’s why I started using a bumper that literally adds no extra weight, and I get to show off the Pacific Blue color.

The pacific blue color will be hard for Apple up beat this year. I get to look at the color everyday, and I love the color just like on launch day when I unboxed my phone. It’s the right shade of blue.
