bat717 - I agree. I was on hold at 8.40am and spoke to them at around 8.55, so hopefully yours will come tomorrow too.
Thanks for the optimism! I'm not holding out much hope now, I can't believe they'd text after 10pm. I hope they prove me wrong. I'm going to find it hard to sleep now. Just in case they text and tell me that it's coming at 7am and I'm asleep lol.

I ordered a white 16GB as well. I think I read somewhere in these threads that someone suggested that the demand for white iPhone 4S was smaller therefore they were being fulfilled quicker.

I called and it is apparently at my local hub which is only 0.7 miles away, waiting to be scanned then out to me today!
Will wait and see, if it don't turn up today I will cancel my order as I paid £27 more towards upgrade fee when I ordered than I would have to pay now, but didn't fancy the queue and was told "You will definitely receive it on friday." Famous last words!!!
